I bought a 2009 Sonata from Chuck. He was very pleasant, fair and knowledgeable. He gave me a good price and made sure the Sonata was in great shape inside and out before I picked it up. I mentioned rust on the wiper arms as detracting from the overall appearance when we test drove it and he had his mechanic sand down the arms and repaint them. That's the kind of attention to detail you don't find at many businesses. I will gladly refer friends to Auto Business Inc in the future.

I really tried hard to give this place a fair shake. I've brought my vehicles here for both repair and inspection but, after 5 visits enough is enough. Every single time I have ended up paying more than I originally planned to pay. It never fails that "something extra" needs done. The first several times I thought ok well, they are looking out for me but now that it's becoming a trend with every single visit? Something smells fishy. This last visit, based on discussed price I planned to pay around $180.$350 more later I'm done. There has not been a single time that I've been here where I was told a price walking in the door and paid that same price walking out (considering tax, etc). My vehicles are all less than 5 yrs old too. Save your money, go somewhere else!

Excellent, friendly service, at a fair price. I have used this business for years to maintain my cars and have always had positive experiences with them. I value that it is a small business and that the same mechanics work on my vehicles. They know me and my cars well and I trust them.

So I dropped my cobalt off today so they could find the problem for me, and not only did they find it, they brought us into the shop and showed us what everything was, how it all works, and what was broke. This isn't the first time we have had good service here. Everyone is nice, prices are fair, i highly recommend them.

There is far more places to go for services that are more friendly and honest. Went in to ask how much a used tire they said $ 38 ( $ 3 higher than everywhere else ). Then after they get it put on he let's me know there is a $ 1 charge to dispose of my tire. First of all that should have told to me in the price and not after I decided to get the tire. I uunderstand it's just a $ 1 but I felt like I was getting played for it. I will never go back.

Apparently the owner has nothing better to to but sit around and tell people "I know you couldn't be friends with someone like her" and talk bad about people. No matter what the situation is, we are all people and we have the right to our opinion. You can't prosper speaking negativity over people. If you had a good experience, good for you. But apparently not accepting that someone didn't have a great experience and talking bad about someone is magically supposed to help. Whatever makes you feel better. No weapon formed against me, my life, and my family will prosper. I won't be going back because the charge for looking at my car was $75, which is fine, but didn't tell me until I went to get my car, AND tried to make it seem like I wanted a free service which wasn't true. If you charge a price, what the hell else am I gonna do expect pay it?! I just asked 'why didn't you tell me'. I thought telling people what your fee for service is, is what most auto places do. Especially since I had already spoke to him before. How did you know I would've had $75 in my pocket to pay on the spot? What was wrong with a "just a heads up, this is how much you have to pay"? But instead I got a hateful person saying all kinds of crap
But this is MY EXPERIENCE. The devil is busy, but keep reaching, negativity over someone will never work.

I am a single mother of two and I moved to Cameron over three years ago. Prior to coming to the Auto Business Center I had horrible experiences where I was financially take advantage of by surrounding competitors of ABC. The first time I walked in, I was greeted by the owner,treated with respect by all employees and informed of all cost before repairs were started. Since then I am proud to say I continue to get the same outstanding service. I bring my car to Chuck and his guys because I trust them and their professional work. I will remain a customer of ABC as long as I reside in this area.
