Gave these guys one star..only because I had to so I could write a review. My husband and I have been dealing with pentagon for about 10 years. The have been nothing but a headache!! They have cancelled our cards without notifying us first at least 4-6 times a year. Try being on vacation and suddenly having no access to your $$. Let's not forget about those times when you let your tank get low or run out of milk and dog food get to the store only to find out..yes they did it again. I'm sure moving their only branch on post might have benefited them but it did not benefit their customers that are not active duty and have no way to conveniently get on post. Do yourself a favour and avoid this headache!!

CASH MACHINE BROKEN FOR WEEKS.
LONG LINES - ONLY ONE TELLER. OTHER EMPLOYEES WANDERING AROUND.
Closed down other branches locally.
Will be looking into USAA, NAVY FED, or FT BRAGG FED.response / report this review -
