By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Salesman Chris Saunders was great helping me to pick the right truck for what I use it for in my business and the finance guy, Ralph went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into and as fast as possible so I didn't have to miss work. And as far as the warranty, every thing say is true and the service department is great and extremely thorough in a couple of minor issues I had after purchasing. They made it right with no hassle and also went out of there way to make sure I didn't skip a beat with work. Truly an awesome team and again a special thanks to Chris Saunders, Ralph, and service department on making this truck buying experience the best it could possibly be.
BEWARE OF "BAIT AND SWITCH"! I would give zero stars if possible My parents bought a car through Auction Direct several years ago and had a surprisingly easy and decent experience. Since my parents had a good experience they referred my boyfriend to them for his first car. We went to look at what they had on their lot on 6/17 and had the saleswoman Jigna help us. We found a 2014 Honda Civic LX for $12,500. The car was clean, one owner, Carfax also clean. The price they wanted was ever so slightly less than the NADA retail value (which my bank goes by and normally would like to see the price of the car near the clean trade in value) so I asked if they could do any better and Jigna quickly informed me they do not negotiate whatsoever as the prices on each car were "as low as they would go". As this being my boyfriends first car buying experience he didn't have any credit but Jigna and others in the financial department assured us he would be approved through our bank because they "offer a first time buyer program and work with no credit" and our down payment would also help out the situation. We understood that rates/monthly payments might be a little more than we wanted but that was ok. Because it was a Saturday the financial team said our bank should get back to them by the time they closed and we should go ahead and purchase insurance on the car through a broker that comes to their dealership often. While we were waiting to hear from the bank the broker insured the car with our $700(insurance) down payment. My father asked specifically "what would be the hold up with this not working out?" and Jigna stated "There won't be any hold up" (which would end up being a straight up LIE.) Jigna then told us that the banks were already closed so she would just sign the car out as a loan for the weekend and we would just come back Monday to finish up paperwork and have the car washed. We took the car off the lot and for the weekend, no problems. When we got back to the dealership Monday we walked in the door and were told that our bank did not approve us. We did not understand and "neither" did Jigna and the financial team, they said that our bank uasually always, always approves customers in similar situations as us. So we went to our bank and our advisor told us that they hardly EVER give out No Credit Car Loans and we were possibly misinformed by the dealership. We went back to the dealership to see if another lender would approve us and Ralph in finance said again that one of their lenders would definitely approve him. They "tried" several other options and lenders and NOT ONE approved him even though almost everyone in the building assured us that they always have no credit customers approved by at least one of their lenders. As soon as Ralph could spit out "no one approved him" for the Civic he started talking about other cars that "could definitely be approved". RIGHT! Like we would fall for that again. Besides, none of the vehicles they offered were worth it. When I told them I would be writing a bad review and going to social media with our experience they weren't concerned at all and didn't offer an apology or anything. We were heart broken and we immediately knew they tried to bait and switch us. So we were out $700 of insurance with no car to be insured. Went to another dealership and told them what happened and the first thing out of their mouths were "yeah that's called a bait and switch in this industry, they thought they could pull one over on you." (Sad that they automatically knew what Auction Direct was trying to do to us)
Now one week later we purchased a 2014 Honda Civic EX(highest model) with same miles on it for a LOWER PRICE than what Auction Direct wanted for an LX(lowest model) at Westside Nissan.
You have been warned about Auction Direct!
Wide selection of cars and great costumer service. I highly recommend that if you need cars this store is perfect.
I had the best experience at Auction Direct USA. The staff there will above and beyond to get you the car you want and at a great price. Everyone there was laid back and professional, and I spend maybe only a hour and a half the do everything. I wasn't pressured into anything, my salesman Tyler, made sure I got what I wanted and at the price I was willing to pay. This is my first car loan ever, and I LOVE MY CAR ! I most definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place to get a car.
When I came in with my friend, we had our hearts set on getting an economical good car for me and my future. Luckily, we were led by Thomas Webster who showed us the ins and outs of the cars on the lot as all the cars we saw were those make and model that I wished for. Thomas was patient with our questions and observations on each of the cars we saw, inspected, and observed. After I drove a few of the cars I had in mind, I knew that I found the best car for in all entirety. Thomas is a great car sales person because of his product knowledge on the cars, their features, and details which he informed especially for me. Through his patience and understanding with us, I finally found, bought, and got the car of my dreams and prayers. Thomas is the best in what he does.
Purchase date: February 2016 I went here and pretty much sold myself a car. No sales pitches needed because the car I wanted they had just fully detailed and were preparing to place on sales floor. I saw it, had to have and drove it off the lot. If you want to buy a car great but service is non existent. Countless calls, voice mails no response. Service department seems to always go to voicemail. However, one day I decided to try the sales option when calling and voila' rep was on the phone in no time. When I told her I called for service she transferred me to the service department. The result, voicemail. I ended up taking my car to George Moore Chevrolet and paid $50 for an oil change. My complimentary services and $16.95 oil changes I never had a chance to use. There were some paperwork issues because the salesman was new. I was given an IOU for my vehicle's spare key because staff couldn't find it. But they were really quick and the guy came to my job to make the key. Fast forward to black Friday 2016 I never received correspondence from anyone regarding my concerns but I did receive a post card from service department that I was "missed" ( I still go to Chevy dealership and always will) and a text from my salesman Xavier to write a review for a contest. Also, I had to take my car loan for a review turns out it was written incorrectly.
I felt welcome the second I walked in the door. Smiles everywhere right when we walked in. Xavier made feel comfortable when I expressed my concerns about getting approved. He made me feel confidant that I was walking out of there with a car. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made sure he I got the answer. Even after the sell, he was still willing to return phone calls to me. I was really impressed with the service from him and all the staff. They all seemed to have fun and enjoy where they work. Thank you Xavier and Thank you Auction Direct!! Thank you for making my dream come true on owning my first SUV!
