I purchased a 2017 BMW 440i convertible on line without ever seeing the car. The sales associate Tony, arranged all the details including my trade value and all paperwork for a smooth transaction.
The nice surprise was that the price quoted was the price I paid and there was no pressure to upsell. Tony was very patient and took the time to explain all features (which are considerable) to me.

We just bought a certified pre-owned BMW at Tom Bush Orange Park. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Our salesman, Sonny, was no pressure and really targeted cars that suited our needs. Finance was easy as pie and I think this may have been one of the fastest purchases at a dealership ever for us. Don, the BMW genius, spent two hours with us answering all of our questions about our car, setting up the systems for us and showing us all of the features of the car.so amazing! We were very happy with our experience!

I asked Tom Newell to please help me to better understand the technology and workings of my 2017 BMW X5. I bought it one year ago and I believed that I was not taking full advantage of my cars features. Tom was very knowledgeable and was able to very clearly instruct me on all the features. As a result, I will now be able to fully utilize the features and also save some money in the process.

Thoroughly appreciate Tom Bush BWM 's process of tracking when car maintenance is due and notifying you schedule an appointment.

My car was taken in for maintenance today and everyone was very professional and courteous. My contact was Jennifer Frankie who did not hesitate to get someone to assist me with programming features on the car.

Don Newell assisted me in getting Bluetooth connected and walked me through step by step n setting of the navigation. Don was very patience and friendly. Training was fantastic (Thanks Don)

I found a 2014 X5 that I just had to see. I arranged a meeting with Kennan Sachs and feel in love the vehicle. Two days later Kennan and I reached a deal and I traded in my 2005 330 ci for this X5. Tom Bush BMW has been a major impact on both my wife's and my life over the years. This is the forth BMW purchased and all have come from Tom Bush BMW. Spent two weeks online looking at vehicles before I went into the dealership. Jorge was very accommodating through email during that time with no pressure. When I was finally ready to come in and buy a car, Jorge had already done the homework and presented a couple vehicles I wanted and best scenario financing for each. All good deals and within the budget I emailed about. No push from him to go outside of budget. The only tough decision I had there was which vehicle was the best fit for me..thanks, Jorge! First time I actually enjoyed my car buying experience. Just another reason why I'm a BMW lifer.
