Reading the comments, a very noticeable trend is appearing. Having said that, I think I'll keep looking for a good shop. Js..
Worst customer service experience ever! I bought a pair of motorcycle boots that were defective and tore inside the right foot after 15 minutes of wear. Not only would they not replace the boots, they couldn't even help me with information to get them replaced by the manufacture. Now I've paid for these boots I can't wear because Atlas Honda-Yamaha sold me defective goods, won't stand behind their merchandise, and doesn't care enough about their customers to help me get them replaced.
My son has raced for numerous years and Atlas has always been amazing to do business with. Top notch people to do business with.
They were nice and informative and we're also quick to help us
Not kind. Shady place. They tear up your bike and then deny all responsibility. You'd be better off having uncle rico fix your bike.
Awesome extremely friendly and helpful
Polite and helpful staff. Took great care of my family and went above and beyond!!
They ripped me off I bought a bike three months later it blowed up and they don't stand behind their product's
Very bad at everything they do. I was told that it would be a week to a week and a half before they look at the bike and that was fine for me I call them 2 weeks later and they said they still haven't looked at it. Finally after 3 weeks I get a call confirming they looked at it and they gave me and estimate. And said they would have it ready in about a week or so. I called a week later and they said the parts haven't even came in yet. 2 weeks later I call again an they said they ordered another part and didn't even confirm with me if I was okay with them spending more of my money. Finally i got my bike back and i rode it just up and down my drive way. It had no power wouldnt even hit a powerband. Before it was eveer in the shop it rode with full power it could pop wheelies in what ever gear u wanted and now i cant even get it to go up a small hill
Just bought my son a 50cc yamaha from Atlas Honda. The following weekend went by there to purchase some riding gear from him. The salesman who just sold us his bike a week ago, walked by us and did not say a word. Was very rude and didn't ask us if we needed help with anything. He acted like he had never seen us before in his life. We went into the parts and service department, looking at the gear, and was still never asked if we needed help with anything. The guys at the counter just sat behind the register staring. They were clueless when we would ask them a question about the youth gear. And wouldn't even offer to let us try anything on. When we went to pay for what we had picked out, the man at the register rung everything up and then took our credit card to pay for it. Came back and said the credit card did not work. So we left from there thinking that our card just didn't work. Called the credit card company and atlas honda had indeed charged us the $350 for the things we had picked out. But for some reason atlas honda said our card did not work. So here we are having to dispute the charge. Really stinks being charged $350 dollars for something you never even took out of the store!!! We will be dealing with a different dealer from now on. Which stinks for Atlas Honda because we are planning on buying a few more dirt bikes and gear in the future. Oh well, they have lost our business and respect.
