I have been dealing with this dealership for years and they have been pretty good until now! They couldn't and still haven't been able to get the parts in to fix my car in a couple of weeks! They wouldn't help me with a loaner (knowing me quite well) to use because the car is still drivable but illegal with a rejection sticker for the fog lights which I leave off most of the time and is no safety issue! Rejection stickers are only good for 5 days and legally you can't drive them except to get them fixed or to work. I'm on vacation now! What a waste of my vacation! Big Dealership don't care about one customer but mom and pop places do care! Remember what they say when they sell you a car what happens a couple years down the road!!

I purchased 2017Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Astorg Lakeview lot. Bob G. was my salesperson. He was so incredibly helpful. We also had the assistance of Roger, who was also incredibly helpful. They are two of the most patient people who don't mind answering all of your questions and giving honest answers. I have never had a salesperson have the patience that they did. I just wanted to thank them again for all that they did to help. Simply Excellence! Thanks again. So enjoying the new Jeep!

I'm only giving them a one star because I have to. They have crappie Custemer service especially at keeping the customer updated on the vehicle status. I dropped off my 2013 Ram 2500 Big Horn 4X4 diesel for transmission problems on October 8 2016 "AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED BESIDES REPLACING THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO CHANGE ONE MORE PART WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE FIRST ONE THEY CHANGED OF MANY." So I picked the truck up on December 8 2016 took it to my local dealership which I got the truck from. When my mechanic tore into my transmission he noticed they left parts out of what they changed. Then to find out all that was wrong with my truck was a speed output sensor and nothing internally. I wouldn't go back if they was the only dodge garage in a 1000 Miles. They have no idea what they are doing other then what a computer tells them

I went to Astorg a couple weeks ago in search of a vehicle, but not sure precisely which one I wanted. I had a budget set for myself and had a few cars I was interested in from my online search of their inventory. My friend, Bob Gerichten, with the help of Ed Price (and Tyler Astorg in Charleston) made the process easy and were all very helpful as I test drove many vehicles over the course of a couple days. I never felt rushed or pressured and got the car I wanted. Bob spent a lot of time with me as did Ed and Tyler and they were all very helpful and patient.
Thank you Bob for shepherding me through the process and selling me the car that suited my needs. You were like a patient, Zen car master! Thank you again for all your help. I am highly satisfied and will be a return customer.response / report this review -

I recently purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 Crew Cab from the Astorg Auto Lakeview dealership and was assisted by Bob Gerichten. I was extremely satisfied dealing with Bob and the “buying experience” was positive from start to finish. Bob was very professional, helpful, answered my questions and has followed up on promises made during the sale. I think the best part was the lack of pressure; Bob was a good salesman; patient but good at follow-up. It was my first experience with the “One Low Price” concept, and a little contrary to my preconceived notion, it went well. I felt I received a fair deal, both on the sales price of the new Ram and the trade-in value on my vehicle, so both sides were satisfied. I have now driven the truck for three weeks, and have enjoyed every minute in it and am glad I transacted with Bob and Astorg Auto.

When replacing my car I began looking here at Astorg. My salesman Joe Miller very quickly sent me some helpful AutoIPackets and we found my new car. He answered all of my questions and was there for every bit of the process. I would certainly recommend Astorg to anyone. The new dealership facilities are top notch and all of the staff, like Joe, are extremely helpful. Thank you, Joe and Astorg for making my car buying experience a great one.
