Nice place to rest your head. Clean and updated. Employees were very welcoming.
Do not stay here. Paid too much for that experience. The place is gross. Shower was clogged and didn't have a shower curtain, blanket was dirty, there was dirt on the floor, employees were not helpful or friendly, and the bathroom was dirty.
I stay here every month when I travel in for Dr appointments. This visit was very unpleasant. The room was damp and moldy and we came home sick. There was no blanket on the bed. They replaced it but it took a while. The lamp was broken, the pool was nasty, they are very stingy with amenities, and the hair dryer was broken. I asked for one but never received one so I just didn't get to use it before I had to check out and leave. They did waiver the extra $25 I paid for checking in 2 hours early. In my opinion that was the least they could do. I shouldn't have been charged that in the first place. I have to travel in every single month for a while and I will not be staying here again.
Breakfast at 6am was cold. Third shift worker had religious programming on the television. Seemed more involved in the programming tham doing her job. Upon check in, the staff was friendly. Housekeeping definately was in the job, the room was emaculate.
Avoid this place! Gangsta thug like attitude from some of the female sfaff members that work there. They don't like white people and let you know it. My wife and I HATE this place and won't stay there again. All is fine and well until you make one complaint then they harass you until you leave. The management is too passive when it comes to keeping their employees in line- A lousy operation. Overpriced even at the lower rate.
They've got a bunch of morons and slobs who work there.
For a budget hotel we were very happy with the location and our room. We just expected a clean place to sleep but were pleasantly surprised with plush pillows and bedding. The complimentary breakfast was as expected with yogurt, cereal, waffles, bread selection, scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee, juice and milk are also available. They have an indoor pool and small business center you can use to print boarding pass. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I've never written a review online anywhere but this hotel was so dirty and disgusting, I can't bear to not warn people.
Our first room smelled so strongly of mildew that we couldn't even stay. It was likely caused by the soaking wet carpet under the mini fridge. The fridge door was open and a bath towel was shoved into the bottom shelf to catch the drips. I set my toddler down for just a moment to look for something in my bag, and he came to me with a handful of long black hair! It had clearly not even been vacuumed.
Our second room was marginally less repulsive, but not by much. There were rust spots all over the metal door frames, neither the sink nor the bath tub drained properly, and the tub had a bar of soap in it and had clearly not been cleaned between visitors. The thin decorative bed cover had visible stains, and the carpet was filthy. They also provided small square pillows the size of a decorative couch pillow in place of regular sized bed pillows. We asked for extra, but they didn't have any or any regular sized bed pillows. We ended up having to purchase our own pillows and pillow cases at Target at 10:30 pm. The room darkening portion of our curtains was broken on one side. It just hung down in a mess.
Breakfast was abysmal. There was one very nice but frantic woman trying to refill everything, and clearly it was a two or three person job. I'm not sure what was supposed to be available because everything was gone at 8:30 when we got downstairs.
The staff was fine. None of this was their fault. But if I could do it over, I'd sleep in my car. I would have been just as comfortable and far less repulsed.
We had a few issues but the Quality Inn staff addressed each one. They were all very friendly and fixed any issue that was brought to their attention. Thank you for a great stay.
Great place to stay! Smelled a little funny until the air turned on, and the TV remote didn't work. I would stay again.
Don't understand how this place received 3.5 stars. Staff was definitely friendly but that's about. The room smelled like mildew, sheets where scratch and old, the sink and bathtub where filthy and the tub also clogged up when taking a shower. The ironing board was super nasty and I had to use one of the dry towels to cover it up just to iron clothes. The windows did open in our room which was kind of cool because we could enjoy the night air instead of using the ac. But when we peered over the window, we found a whole mess of beer cans thrown down on the ground and I do mean a lot of them. Seems like people just see that theres beer cans thrown about down there and just decide to add to the collection. I know the hotel staff has to see or know about it but yet know one will go back to the back to clean up the mess. It is on top of a hillside but they have to access to back there some kind of way. Overall everything was ok. The breakfast was decent too. A good amount of selections to choose from. First and last experience with Quality Inn for me and my wife.
The Good: The clerk was courteous and professional. Nice variety of breakfast choices. The Bad: The smell of the hotel was not pleasant. Curtains didn't work properly. Bathroom ceiling was horribly dirty, like someone had splashed something on it. The bathtub did not drain properly. The ironing board was dirty. Dusty room. Don't know if I'd stay with them again.
Quality was far from this Quility Inn
Really this Property Should be downgraded to an Econo Lodge. I payed way to much for my stay. The Security Lock on the Door was broken so I could not use it. The bathroom had mold in the shower, the ceiling above the bathtub was falling apart, the shower curtain did not close all the way, and the faucet in the tub had a constant drip. However the water pressure was great.
I would also say the Breakfast was great, and the attentent was on top of it.
I am giving 2 stars because of the water pressure and breakfast.
Oh, instead of a response saying "well, did you tell the staff during your stay?". I think the correct response to this review should be " We are sorry, and we are working on fixing those issues". I mean really, you know your hotel, and what needs to be fixed.
