  "Used" to be our fav stop on way home (Maryland) from Rochester BY. Stopped today 12/9 and it has gone way downhill. Ordered Buffalo Mac n Cheese and it was COLD. Wait staff very inexperienced and slow for amount of customers?? Told our waitress (When she finally came to check on us??) food was COLD. She apologized brought it back to kitchen for 5 mins, returned food and it was STILL cold!! I complained to her, she just asked did wish to speak to management? I said no, and explained what is he/she going to do about it?? I said you tip will reflect my disappointment! You deal with the kitchen crew, that's your job and what I'm paying for !! Left a 10% tip and will probably NOT be back? Have to find a better fab stop in future!! We wondered why it was so ok not crowded for a Sunday afternoon?? Place has gone downhill in my opinion. Merry Christmas

  Awful food. My wings were cold. Had to find my waiter to get news ones. After 30 minutes of waiting. He brought me out the same ones. Gross! Customer service is Awful!

  I I had the classic bacon burger which was really good. My sister had the pretzel bacon burger she reports being highly satisfied. My girlfriend had the potato soup and she thought it was very well done.

  Hands down, my favorite restaurant in the area. They have a wide variety of wing sauces, and everything I've had on the menu is excellent. Sometimes they do run out of something I'm looking for on the menu (certain beers, the chicken-free chicken strips, etc), but that's to be expected when you go as frequently as I do. They also have a LOT of TV's, so if you're looking to catch a game, it will probably be on one of them. It's a great spot that my whole family loves.

  Server was good. Manager was spending time in a both with a guy.yup so professional. Food was horrible, everything was sent back. Wings were cold and came back out after being in the microwave. The server is the only reason this place got 2 stars.

  Great place to see sport games with their many TV's and the food is always great! Tuesday was buy one get one free appetizers and they were great!

  Solid menu options and friendly service. What's not to like about Arooga's - everything outside of only having diet Dr Pepper vs regular. Has a clean, sports vibe with lots of tvs to catch anything airing. The hamburgers are an easy pick as they're antibiotic and hormone free.

  Whatever cheese they use on cheese steaks has no flavor. It's just a white paste. They use the same cheese in their Mac n cheese.
  
  I Ordered a drink that never came, then the waitress stole my change. Guess you don't get to decide an amount on the tip. They just take it.
  
  This place sucks. Save your money and dine else where.
