I am writing directly in response to the complaint your company received regarding Norma. I was Norma's manager for Memorial Herman Hospital System in Houston, Texas. During the time we worked together Norma was not only a valuable asset to me but my first assistant to train me on the call center equipment as well as train new hires. I was successful largely due to her dedication and commitment to the call center, the company, and her loyalty to me. Norma displayed integrity in her work performance and with the customers we served. I'm certain that Norma has carried her impeccable work ethic to your company as well.

To Headquarters of Goodwill;

I am a frequent shopper of your Algonac store. I WILL NOT go anywhere else only there. I love the staff and management. I'm appauled at the review this person "Donna" wrote about Norma. I've had a few run ins with Donna on her scheduled days of work. Very unprofessional, rude, thought she knows everything. Since she has no longer been there, there has been a very upbeat atmosphere everyone is happy.
I would hate for you to take one person's negative comments over so many that are positive. Norma is a valuable asset to your company, it would be your loss of a great person that treats everyone with highest respect for everyone she comes in contact with and your company along with her employees.

I would like to write a quick review to just address the negative feedback i have seen in regards to management at this location. I personally have worked here before and with amazing co-workers at that. Norma is an exceptional manager who works hard to make sure not only the customers needs are met, but her employees as well. I did not work here for long but i can say that not only has she done very well at managing this store. She has also become a dear friend of mine. I would just hate to see any negativity being thrown at the store as whole because of personal feelings of a past employee. As far as I can say here is I have seen Norma's work ethic and she works hard to ensure the store's needs are met.
