  Took my VW Beetle there. Not sure why I was charged 15 extra dollars for what the guy called a special filter. The car was new to me so I agreed. Come to find out the filters are no more expensive than the typical filter

  one day I came in for a regular oil change and the guy doing my oil change told me that my 4x4 oil was low and asked if I wanted to change it. I ONLY asked for a regular motor oil change nothing else so why was he checking out my 4x4 oil.I have no idea! Anyway, I said no thanks. Recently I tried to check my 4x4 fluid and couldn't get the screw out for my 4x4 oil fill screw to open. I tried everything nothing worked because the guy tightned it up so hard that the screw was stuck and the only way to get it out is to drill it out, all because I said no I don't want to change my 4x4 oil. Will never return here, I'll just do my own oil changes.

  I've been getting my oil changed here for years and have always loved their service. Excellent customer service and professional work. Thank you for doing your jobs correctly. My van has 221,000 miles and no check engine light. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent price and excellent service.
