  UF Needs to replace the people at the front desk with people who actually like their job and can actually help patients and no have an attitude. I dropped off a form 2 weeks ago when the lady said i could come by there have them fill it out and get it back the same day. Every time since then i've tried to come back there were closed. Fix your hours so people don't think your open until 7pm on someday and let your recorded phone message inform people when you're closed!! The doctor i have is nice but the front desk staff make the place horrible.

  This practice accused my friend of making up her health conditions and refused to prescribe her the meds she legitimately and desperately needs. How shameful. Don't go here.

  The mid wives and NP's here are great and the lab techs. However the amount of not giving a rat's behind with the office staff makes coming here terrible. One of the ladies is really super sweet and nice and the other will leave you on hold while they go to lunch.
  
  The lady who left me on hold has been replaced, they now have perfect staff. I love this place all around now. :D

  Well, I went there, and I felt like I was dying of being sick, and I left there pointing in the direction of less dying, and now I'm pretty alive So, high fives all around.
