Very warm and caring group of people. Biblical preaching and teaching. Music is contemporary, upbeat and positive.
Fraud central cult.
Always squeezing for money. Never giving.
Stay away!
God is the first (Father, Son and The Holly Spirit) Great worship, nice band, excellent pastor's team. [Focus in missions].
Loved it. But I always do. To emotional today for my taste.
Great Church and School!
This school "rocks".
My child is not yet an official member of this school, but will be attending her Jr. & Sr. Years at the Rock. I've known several students from this school for many years and their feedback is exactly why I'm choosing to have my daughter attend the Rock School. I don't attend church at the Rock and neither do any of the students that I have known for several years, but they all have wonderful things to say about this school. My Church's Youth pastor of 17 years and his wife are both working at the Rock School and we are Southern Baptists so church attendance and denominational indifference are not an issue as stated by other "unnamed" reviewers. Also on my multiple trips to campus I saw several different age groups come walking by me and all ethnic groups seem to well represented. The Rock is actually known for its international student body and multicultural makeup so I don't understand at all what some others are talking about in older posts. My Wife, My Daughter and I are very much looking forward to becoming Rock Lions!
This was a wonderful experience! If you are in the market for a church who is on fire to do the work of the Lord this is it! If you want a place who shows the love of God, the proof for me was the colors of the audience members. You better not attend this place if you have any prejudices because you are equally likely to be standing next to someone, brown, red, or yellow as white! The message was delivered straight from the bible with full benefit of overhead projection. I will be making this my church home, gladly. I have finally found a place that was more spiritual than religious. Oh, I almost forgot, the music wasn't sung from dusty hymnals either. It was fresh, alive and live, from a stage full of young people playing an assortment of instruments and singing. It was inciting and uplifting, both to God and myself! Thanks for being there, The Rock, I had almost given up.
The Rock School has assembled a group of teachers and adminstrators that put the students first. They actually care that their kids are set-up for success once they graduate. You get academics and athletic programs that exceed anything you will find in the public school system. Take a tour with Principal Jim McKenzie and you will see the difference.
