Excellent Golf Course and a Great bunch of people.
Needs work, but it's still the Best Layout in Tuscaloosa

Good course. Greens need a lot of attention though.

Would not recommend. Student cost is $25 but not at all worth it. Tee boxes were uneven and half dead. Fairways and rough looked the same from the tee. Rough was mostly weeds and not kept up. Green were furry and had tons of sand on them. Inconsistent putts impossible to read. Save your money and go to ol'colony for an extra $15

Worst course in Tuscaloosa. Greens are nothing but sand and I’ve played fairways that are faster. Tee boxes are half dead. Can’t tell apart the fairways and rough from most tee boxes. Range was also closed. $24 for students is the only good thing but I’d pay the extra $15 for Ol’ Colony all day, every day.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the course was about as bad as I've played in 5 or 6 years. Every green had sod patches that were under construction and had big white outlines around them. Too often they took up much of the green. The fairways were in decent shape but it was too easy to lose a ball hit right down the middle as they were cut pretty high for a fairway . We packed it in after 6 holes and the staff was nice enough to only charge us for 9 holes. I would not recommend this course to anyone who values their time and money. ..

Good course, little overpriced for the shape. greens were inconsistent. Some holes may challenge you, others may not as much. Will recommend, but the greens took half the round to adjust to.

The staff was great and the facility was nice. It's a nice public place to golf.

Overpriced for how terrible the course conditions are! Fairways are basically dirt, and they roll better than the greens which is more sand than green. I should have turned around when I saw the 18th green and it was completely gray! Members were driving their golf carts on the greens because "why not" apparently. Haven't seen a course in worse shape, that didn't have discounted rates. Nobody there at 8am on a nice Saturday morning should have been a clue to leave as well. If you are not a student it's not worth the money.

Fantastic course. It is difficult enough to keep things interesting, but the fairways are nice and wide. Almost welcoming. Good mix of hole lengths. Highly recommended!
