  Enjoy living here! Lived here for two years and never had any problems. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and keeps apartment community informed. Pool is fun and clean. Security guard on staff ensure facilities remain safe. Will definitely keep living here.

  I have lived in these apartments for two years, and I have had many issues during the last few months. It started out really nice, and went bad drastically in the recent past.
  
  I have had RATS in my apartment, and there is no way to get rid of them completely, since all the apartments are interconnected through plumbing holes in kitchens. It doesn't matter how clean your apartment is, you will always have pest issues.
  
  These apartments are pricier than other apartments in this neighborhood, but offers no extra facilities or services for that price. They recently had a management change, and their go to answer for any issues is "I wasn't the manager when you sign your contract!".

  The staff is very friendly and concerning. Every time, I have an issue, which is not often, the staff immediately tends to the need; and on top of that, a staff member will call to make sure that the deed was done and done correctly. surrounding and location is awesome; also it's convenient for traveling to work with ease..

  The old lady works at the front desk sucks. We called before we came for short term lease, they responded they had short term lease for 1 bedroom at $1250 with no power and no internet, which is already expensive, but we decided to take a look at it first and then decide. By the time we come to their leasing office she said there is no short term lease here. We keep stating that we have called just before we come to the office and she didn't have any explanation about it. Just say "no we don't have it". This is the worst leasing office I've never seen, are you doing business for tricking people?

  Not a bad apartment at all, quiet and laid back. I see security guard patrolling at night. No problems the 2 months I've been here.
