I drive from Salt Lake City to take my dogs to this vet. Dr. Pickett is the best. He takes time to answer questions, is always available (even via text), and really shows compassion toward our four-legged family members. From routine shots to surgery, Dr. Pickett at Arcadia has been exceptional in caring for my dogs.

The best veterinarian offices I’ve ever been to! They doctors are knowledgeable and capable, we’ve had 4 cats declawed, one spayed.. they did an amazing job! Also, my father in law took his dog here and he loved it! Prices are on point, office staff is nice no complaints! Highly recommend!

Dr. Williams is the best. We brought our four month old kitten in who had tested positive for leukemia, so she was passing rapidly. With our four daughters in tow, he was very thoughtful, sensitive, and accommodating (they laid out a blanket and flowers! ♡)especially on a Sunday. My little 9 year old thought it was going to be scary, but they made it beautiful! We also love the front desk staff too (apparently a family member to the vet), as they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Williams!

I have been going to Arcadia for about two years, and while I did not feel that the care was particularly compassionate or individualized, I thought that they did a fine job, and I remained a customer for the convenience. However, after seeing Dr. Williams treat one of his vet techs very unprofessionally and demeaningly at my appointment today, I will now be switching vets. The one shame in leaving is that they have some very kind and dedicated staff, who I will miss. It sounds like some have had a good experience, but I have not. I would not recommend unless it is an emergency situation.

I cannot praise this clinic enough. We were with our dog at the river when we suspected she had been bit by a snake. She was in so much pain and needed a vet ASAP. The first vet I called basically told me I was out of luck, but Arcadia told me to come immediately and they would fit us in. Luckily our dog just had a massive foxtail in her ear, but Dr. Rustin was so patient and made us feel better about our overreaction. I wasn't a patient before this but they were so accommodating and caring that I will be from now on.

The staff is awesome. We travel in our motorhome and we were staying at a local rv park when our furbaby severe muscle pain (after hours of course). The staff stayed late to take care of our dog and provided consise cause of the problem and meds to keep him comfortable. Then they followed up the next morning with a phone call. Recommend this place and would give them 10 stars.

We had to put our family sweet dog down of 16 years. Arcadia Vet was so comforting & consoling in our heartbroken time. They went above and beyond to make it a calming time during this process. They sent a sympathy card afterwards to us & overall were GREAT! We want to "THANK" them & for them to know how much this means to us!

Dr. Williams is a true lover of animals. Recently my labrador (10 years old) had a blockage in her sinuses. We initially thought she had a cold or allergies until it developed into a full blockage. We took her in the see Bruce and was determined to unravel her problem. It turns out she had a 3" size growth that he was able to remove. She is so much happier! As are we! The doctor went above and beyond what I believe most would do to help our girl. Thanks Dr. Bruce Williams!

Very caring and affordable.

They are great about squeezing you and your fur baby in for an appointment in a bind. Always a pleasure to take my cats here. Great staff- very caring and always awesome to work with.
