Perfect for date night. My wife and I loved our meal here. I've also gone here for business lunch meetings or ski lunches several times. The food is always fantastic. Very different atmospheres from lunch to dinner. At dinner, the lights are turned down and fires turned on. Will definitely be back.

Our meal was delicious and the service was amazing. Our hostess, Anne, was so friendly and accommodating. She even stopped by as she was seating another customer, just to make sure we were being taken care of! Thanks, Sundance! And thanks, Anne!

Got there before 11am. Hostess says we aren't serving breakfast any longer and lunch seating doesn't begin before 11am. So you have told a party of 6 everything you can't do, but not what you can. Plenty of great places to eat and certainly don't have to put up with your unaccommodating baloney.

Have eaten there before and the food is actually good, but have no patience with a hostess telling us all of the cannots as soon as we arrive.

A long-time favorite with constantly evolving menu of locally sourced foods.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, willing to do what it takes to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. The location is beautiful and makes for a refreshing break from the heat of the valley.

Have been here 3 times now and each time it does not fail to disappoint. I have ordered the salmon every time and each time it is prepared differently. The first time it was over polenta, had vegetables and was more of a sweet salmon. The second time it was over vegetables and a mushroom reduction sauce, the third time--over couscous and vegetables and with a sauce I have never had before--savory and delicious. Long story short--the salmon is always there but the chef changes how it is prepared. Each time it was so delicious. Salmon was incredibly moist and fresh tasting. My husband ordered the burger and said it was one of the best he's ever had. It's easy for a restaurant to impress once but for a place to consistently show quality--that shows a high end restaurant in my book. Only downfall--didn't love the dessert I got. But hey--it's not known for it's desserts so I wasn't disappointed by that.

The Foundry Grill, the food is delicious, the servers have always been friendly and personable.The food is so fresh. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy and outside is breath taking. Impeccable! Everything I have ever had was delectable and savory.

Impeccable service in a wonderful location.
We came for a late lunch and were treated like family. Friendly and attentive staff. Just the right amount of attention without being obtrusive. Kudos!

We had heard so many great things about the Angus/Wagu Burger that we had to give it a try. I know I know. you might say: 'A burger?" Yep.. it was that good. We shared a side of the Truffle Mac & Cheese as well. Delicious.! Give the place a try. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing food at a beautiful venue. I took my wife here for our one year anniversary and we loved it. The food was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was super friendly and passionate about food. We are definitely going again. Expect your meal to take from 90 minutes to 2 hours, but that is normal for higher end restaurant. They are also very popular so make a reservation ahead of time.
