  After a very disappointing experience with another local rental location (equipment booked and paid for 5 months in advance bit never delivered and no apologies) Aquatic Center came to the rescue. They delivered last minute very promptly and picked up right on time. Also a bit cheaper. We have been coming to Deepcreek for 12 years now but this is my first time renting from Aquatic Center. They are my dedicated equipment rental company moving forward. Thanks Randy!

  This is our 1st time here at Deep Creek Lake. My son 1st time on the jet ski by himself. He enjoy it so much that he did not want to get off. We had a great experience and customer service was wonderful. Will be back again.

  Great staff. We had a little accident with our sport boat (a rope got trapped in the turbo engine) and they refunded all the money without trying to blame us for the accident. Nice equipment and fast service as well (although they didn't have proper sizes of life vests for toddlers/babies)

  Great place and outstanding service. Young ladies in the rental office as well as the young men that work the dock are very congenial and extremely helpful. We rented jet skis 2 days last week and it was a very good experience. Very good at explaining the rules of the lake and how too operate the equipment. My wife never rode a jet ski before but the guys on the dock helped her and she was a pro in no time. Wouldn''t go anywhere else to rent.

  These guys are awesome! We were in the market for a couple of jet skis and we could not be happier with the sales and service we received from the Aqua Center. Parker was the man! He took the time to explain everything and made the process easy. If you are looking to buy a new PWC definitely give these guys a shot!

  Great place! We always rent kayaks here when we are down in the Deep Creek area and they are the only place with the sea kayaks (where you sit on top, not in), which are our favorite! Very polite, personable, and reasonably priced. I always recommend the Aquatic Center.

  Would never rent a boat from them again. If I could give them no stars, I would. We specifically asked for a boat with a tower and were not given one when we arrived. Their selection of wakeboards was pitiful. There were three to choose from. We took the best one which was probably 15 years old and weighed 25 pounds. The rope they gave us had many knots in it that we spent time to untangle. They spent a good 5 minutes warning us not to get the rope tangled in the jet in take. They must encounter this a lot because it happened to us on our very first attempt to wake board. I'm positive that had we been given a boat with a tower this would not have happened. We now have the pleasure of paying an extra $300 to get towed and fix the boat.

  My business partner and myself take a group every month in the summers to rent a speedboat and spend the day tubing. We've done it in over 10 states and The Aquatic Center has been hands down the best experience we've had on one of our outings. Their prices are the best we've found , friendliest staff and well kept equipment.

  We left over $100 that fell between the seats that we assumed we lost in the wind and they mailed it to me.
  
  Beyond impressed with the Aquatic Center!!
