I love this shop! It's cozy and has an awesome selection of Gourmet foods as well as mountain- and lake-themed decorative items. There is also a section of the store devoted to Christmas decorations and some very attractive jewelry. All in all a very enjoyable shopping experience. We have visited many times and will keep going. I highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting the area and local residents.

One of my FAVORITE places to stop when I'm in Deep Creek! A group of girlfriends and I just had a weekend trip and stopped on our way out of town. I love the variety of items and how unique and different they are compared to most gift shops and boutiques! There is literally someone for everyone! Love it!

Have been shopping here for over 10 years. Would be 5 stars but the owner made my Aunt and I very uncomfortable by following us around. We felt as if he didn’t trust us or thought we were stealing. This has happened multiple times. My feedback is if this is a concern, to add another register in the other building. Other people that I have taken there felt uncomfortable as well. Very unique items which keeps me coming back.

My favorite place to visit. Unique gifts. Tasting area for the products they sell. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. Whenever we have company they always ask if we are going to schoolhouse earth. You always find something there that you absolutely have to have.:)

Large variety of items from lake cabin Decor, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, garden accessories to snack mixes, sauces, cookies, etc. Two buildings of fun shopping with a coi pond and zoo like area housing a burro, llama, alpaca, goats and chickens. A real nice break from the car ride.

This small shop is one of a kind! Offering garden and home decorations and kitchenware, you can't go wrong with this place. Staff is always friendly! Also, don't forget to visit the animals!

Schoolhouse Earth is one of the most unique stores I've ever been in, LOVE it!!! Great variety of quality itemsamazing rustic/country decor, beautiful jewelry, list goes on and on! If you need a special gift for someone, this is the perfect place to find itnothing but awesomeness!

Nice quaint shop. There are 3 buildings. The main building has some kids toys, seasonal decor, jewelry for great causes, candles, and scarfs/wraps. The second building is an open barn like building. I didn't explore it much. Finally, the third building is huge. They serve freeze dry food, jams, lawn accents, and the upstairs area has discounted Deep Creek items. There is also a big white dog that walks around but he is very gentle and just lays around. They also have alpacas behind the building! The black alpaca seems more adapted to people as he will walk up to the car.
