My experience with this company was great! Their display showroom is amazing and our sales representative Sarah was very helpful and professional. The crew delivered and set up our new tub. They were quick, efficient and explained chemical details in full. We purchased the AZURE plug and go Freeflow spa, and we love it! We have been enjoying our hot tub for about 3 months now . Our electric bill has only increased about 12.00 . I would highly recommend the plug and go Free Flow Spa for customers in Garrett County who are looking for a inexpensive, economic hot tub.

Fantastic experience dealing with Sarah. She was very attentive to my many questions before purchasing and just as responsive to my questions after she got her money! The Freeflow Azure is even nicer than we expected, and looks great on our deck. So far it has been very easy to maintain as well.

From the time my husband and I entered the store Sarah greeted us with enthusiasm and was very friendly. She showed us different hot tubs and helped us picked one to suit our needs. We purchased one and it was delivered within 2 weeks after the electrical work was completed. They did an excellent job with the installation of the hot tub and had no problems. We have been enjoying it and so have the grandchildren. We would recommend The Hot Tub Store to anyone.

The staff at The Hot Tub Store are wonderful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the right hot tub for our family. The hot tub was delivered and installed on time and they took the time to explain all of the features to us, as well as proper care and maintenance. Great service all around!

When my husband Tim and I started looking at hot tubs, we had lots of questions. Sarah at the Hot Tub Store was very knowledgeable about their products. She answered all of our questions and explained all the available choices. She was extremely helpful and friendly and never pushy. The team who delivered and set up our hot tub were great. They were very friendly and took care of everything to set our tub. After it was all set up, they explained all of the chemicals and how and when to use them. If you are looking to buy a hot tub, I have two pieces of advice:
1. Go to the Hot Tub Store.
2. Get the cover lifter (Ask Sarah, she'll tell you what it is)

Salesmen were very helpful finding what we needed. They ordered it, and it as soon as we were ready for it to be installed as we were in process of building the room in which it was to be installed, they delivered it. They were professional, courteous, and used a series of sleds, jacks, rollers to get the hot tub into position. We then were given a walkthrough about the setup and care of the tub while it was filling. Great experience!!!!!
