I have been waiting for an order that was placed in October 2007. My phone calls and emails are not answered. I have been promised this package four times by milechai to be delivered via UPS and USPS. I have asked for a refund numerous times and have not received a response. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends, family or my temple.
