It was alright, but the rooms seem to have thin walls to say the least. We could often hear a couple screaming at each other and it wasn't the most pleasant experience. Otherwise, it was very nice. The breakfast offered was also a bit lackluster but there are plenty of nice places nearby.

I visited a friend at the Aqua Breeze. Everyone seemed friendly, great ice machine, parking was ok. You could watch the boardwalk from the Aqua Breeze. The beach is only a 5 minute walk.

Great location friendly staff concerts on the beach but at $220.00 a night at least have a better contantial breakfast overall I enjoy this motel and love Santa Cruz

Location was very central. The rooms were clean, the beds were okay. Service was great. There were very limited parking however and the spaces were tight. Overall a nice place to spend a night at.

Ok the best thing about this hotel is the location it's basically across the parking lot from the boardwalk. Room was basic, furniture old, dinged up, walls dirty & marked up, bathroom very small, window screen completely ripped. Only about 12 stalls in the hotel's parking lot & parking spaces are VERY small. Employee told us if you don't think you can park your car in the space she can have her husband do it. Was a super busy weekend and we didn't want to look for parking elsewhere so we just parked there but you literally have to squeeze out your door between the two cars. I don't know how you would get a car seat out. I would not stay here again unless it was a last resort.

This place was not my cup of tea. I prefer carpet floors of I'm near the beach. The smell was a bit off-putting and the floor was dirty. Not to mention the overpriced room overall. Definitely needs some tweaking but it worked out, I survived. Breakfast also needs improvement.

Just stayed here last week, the room was clean and a good size. The heater did not work, the shower handle was completely broken. There was no phone and it was hard to get maid service. The location was the best feature of this room.

I love this place free to do what you want. Go back and fourth allady very covient. My favorite place to stay. Wish they had a bigger breakfast however we go to the Santa Cruz dinner ever time we go down their hands down familys favorite place to eat. Thank you Santa Cruz

This hotel is amazing. The desk staff is welcoming and make you feel at home. The hotel is decorated with a sea theme design on the outside. The rooms are wonderfully clean with very comfortable beds and clean linens and towels. I love the soap/shampoo dispenser in the bathroom and shower. I absolutely recommend this property for anyone in the area.
