Roman has been out twice over the years to help us with faulty dryers. He always takes great care of us, and goes the extra mile to keep our appliances running longer. His knowledge and no nonsense approach make him our number one choice for appliance repair in Flagstaff.

Matt was so helpful. He answered his phone on my first call! (Yay! A real person!) And was a great listener. He saved me a lot of money by diagnosing my problem correctly.

We bought a used fridge from Matt, a nice, spacious fridge, he dropped it off offered to help bring it inside and install it. The fridge had some issues and he took time out of his busy schedule to do his best to help us troubleshoot the fridge. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and will do his best to help you out as he did us. At the end of the day a stand-up appliance guy.

Went without an oven for almost a week, but felt like a year. Appliance Guy came out today to fix the problem. The repair man gave me two options and I actually saved money. Thank you so much for being prompt, professional, and explain the issue. You have a customer for life.

Matt went above and beyond helping me diagnose my refrigerator issues and ultimately saved me a lot of money. Very responsive and helpful and responds to texts (which is much nicer than chasing phone calls). Highly recommended!
