Service here is always great but be prepared to wait. It’s just that time of year and apple is extremely busy. At least you can people watch and charge your phone or play with the new gadgets.

I usually do not write reviews, but I am writing this to give a very special thank you to the employee, Lawrence. I really needed help getting my laptop fixed and he was so helpful and understanding, which resulted in a timely repair with great service. I'm not sure if he or his managers will ever see this, but this guy's service restored my faith in Apple's customer service capabilities.

This store somehow closes earlier than their schedule online. The reviewing time for an online order is way too long. My online order showed that it's available for pickup today, but I didn't receive any notification even after they are closed.

Inexperienced and rude “genius” staff. I was told that even though it was an Apple product because it was purchased in another country they couldn’t help me ? I wasn’t aware that Apple was a franchise. I purchased apple because of the excellent customer service which is proving me wrong. I would rather buy a cheaper more reliable and efficient product than have to deal with this store again. To top of the entire experience the store was dirty and there was a dog on the table where people were being served.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced from a large company. I walked in to fix my IPad and they told me to come 3 and half hours later! Took my name, email, and phone number. At the time of my appointment she said it's delayed by 35 minutes. By the way, no one sent a text or called. After 35 minutes I came back she said it was pushed back another 45 minutes. Of course no told me. I just walked out furious. No one wanted to help or explain. I just walked out. How can a company with such wealth and resources neglect the people that made it what it is.

I'm a PC user but I wish I were an apple man. I have serious issues with this company and the evil empire in Seattle. The most disturbing thing 70 years later is their planed and intentional interoperability campaign, the model bully for the next fifty years of consumer warfare. Either machine will see you manage , but where Apple cannot be beat is their human resources and their Disney Like superb class and standard of customer service. Broken iPhone 7. Camera stopped working. the website involved me with a chat session which directed me to a maintenance location where the phone was efficiently returned to operating standard and my use by 1Opm last night. No trying tell me it was my fault or I wouldn't have it for a week I had it in two hours time. Pleasant, professional, may I say a little bit too conservative in their interaction with me, the bottom line is I needed it done and they delivered with with dignity style and grace.

Literally, THE worst Apple Store Togo. Do not waste your time by coming here. Everything is dirty and the packaging looks like it's been in the shelf for years without anyone buying it. The sales people have no clue what they have in stock for their products and, as if that wasn't enough, I had to hunt down one of the many unoccupied Apple staff members. They all seemed to run whenever a possible client wanted to ask any questions. I then proceeded to tell a staff member that I needed help with sales and he literally proceeded to say "okay you just grab the stuff you want and someone will help you." No motivation to make a sale or to educate the customer on a product, no motivation to help the customer at all. Worse Apple Store in all of South Bay, what a waste of time.

Very rude personal. Unfortunately dont remember the name of a muscle afroamerican guy working on the back desk 1st floor. He has long finger nail. He is too aggressive for this kind of job. That was my 5 min being there experience. Will not come again to this location

I was able to choose from all the options, the salesperson allowed me to digest the different options and prices and then I felt comfortable to make a decision. I bought some accessories and she was kind to guide through. T'was the first time I bought an Apple product, I don't regret it.
I wish they've had some cool bags to take all the boxes I got.

I was recommended to head to the Genius Bar at the Apple 🍎 Store due to my 💻 crashing unexpectedly at a bad time! For some reason I never considered going directly to Apple. In the past I have always used one off mac repair shops that offer good deals and seem to be versatile fixer uppers with good reviews. I always thought Apple charged exorbitant fees. Boy was I wrong‼️Not only did it take under half and hour for my laptop to be up and running like new after a visit to this Apple location, but everything was free and I was well informed throughout the entire duration of the troubleshooting process which went on right before my eyes. I ended up learning and laughing and being so happy for my visit! The genius bar works like a doctors visit 🏥for your apple products. You walk in, tell a man at the door that your device isn't feeling well - they put you on a list and text you when your ready to be seen and then an assistant sees you first after your primary care doctor comes to complete the task at hand. In this Apple location's case, while you wait for your text you have endless opportunity to stroll around🚶🏽, explore stores, converse with strangers, sit n chill, or meditate (like I did at Barnes and Nobles nearby) in the lively and tourist packed Grove that is full of beautiful people and businesses. I didn't lose any documents or data and my visit was speedy and enjoyable! Not sure this is quite as extravagant an Apple location as some others in terms of design, however, it is still very cool and jam packed with tech at the forefront of advancement that you are free to ask about and play with (two floors worth)😁👍🏻

They always have some very nasty rude employees. Today a guy named Walece refused to help me. Apple should force their employees wear name tags and also conduct customer satisfaction surveys. And pls fire those idiots that think they own apple.
