I had a lovely experience at Nordstrom’s at The Grove where a lovely young sales associate, Taylor , patiently took me to almost every designer section on the floor to find the perfect sweater for a Christmas gift. She couldn’t have been more gracious when I decided on the less expensive choice and she wrapped everything beautifully. She personifies Nordstrom’s customer service at its best.

Amazing place with incredibly friendly staff. This place is really close to Nordstrom's Bar Verde- a very delish place to go to after shopping.

Love This Store.
My personal shopper Andrew is so detailed and he remembers details of my style and taste.
Everything my personal shopper picks out for me I love and buy!
The last department store with real customer service.
Down side I spend about $7,000.

Really cute mall and Im not referring to size, it's a posh village set uploved it. 4 stars due to over charging parkingI was there little over 4hrs, validated and still came up $9. ..!?!?

One of the nicest Nordstroms in LA with the most helpful cosmetic representatives! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly except for MAC, but when is anyone from there really that nice?

Andrew at Men's Department gave us the best service.he went back and forth for different colors and sizes more than 20 times. very informative and hard working and always smiling. Thank you Andrew.

An employee at the Armani counter was probably the worst service I had. She was rude, and gave me the wrong product, which I found out when I went back home. I called customer service, and they put me on hold 3 times, and never picked up. I ubered back spending my own money, and Nordstrom said they can only exchange or return my money. This is ridiculous. The compensation for my time and money wasted should be coming from the employee or the company. It is their mistake, not mine. I have gone through a hassle, and I never want to have this experience again. They were not at all apologetic. Please train your employees properly, and have better customer service. This has been very disappointing.

Came in this store with my black and severely autistic child and after 30 seconds of being in the store 3 people started following me of accusing me of stealing and using my son as a cover to not look suspicious. Making racist remarks about mexicans and then they pulled 3 pairs of pants out of my sweater but I dindu nuffin.

Very rude experience in this Nordstrom recently (we usually love Nordstrom, but The Grove turned us off completely). My middle school-aged daughter pulled out her phone and was taking videos on her phone of some of the clothing, pretending to be one of her favorite vloggers on YouTube. A store clerk sidled up and sharply commanded her to "stop taking video at once", leaving my daughter in tears all the way home out of embarrassment. Apparently you are not allowed to take video in any store at "The Grove" mall. Highly disappointing.

Tried to come here with my son Paul. When we arrived there was a man who kept yelling try hard, and had a plate of moose meat samples he was offering to people. The manager asked me to leave because my autistic son was being disruptive when he kept haHAAing. Will never return!
