Great, fun, and intellectually stimulating! My instructor was TAEZSA for my Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB /MOAB) certification class (required for healthcare workers) taught me the best life skills! I paid $70, which seemed steep. But hell no, it's not! I learned to get what I want without my usual pleading, begging, and arguing. I was required to take this class for a stressful job in the ER at a major hospital which treated a very challenging population that included the homeless and mentally ill. The skills Taezsa empowered me with my MAB class were so versatile: you can use them anywhere! Thanks to this class, I have become a more compassionate and aware person, much more attuned and perceptive to the discomfort experienced by those around me. I receive "Thank you"s all the time for speaking up for them and to stop the cause of their stress. Course provider Educate Simplify is also a very savvy with technology and social media and provided FREE PowerPoint slides and a humorous quiz before my class in order to prepare me. Every day, I use my MAB class skills to get people to stop smoking around children or nasty men to stop harassing young women. Thank you, Taezsa and Educate Simplify, for making me a better and smarter person with my MAB Pro class. I am enjoying my newly acquired superpower to get people to do what I want - only for $70 - what a bargain.
Awesome informative class! Love Donna and her energy!
Great, fun, and intellectually stimulating instructor Taezsa for my MAB/MOAB class!
Prompt service, quick (almost immediate) response to questions and inquiries. Great instructors. Thank you!
I took the IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal class, Olympia was our instructor. This class is very thorough and you get what you pay for, we practiced, repetitively, that's the key to remembering the procedures and processes of this class. I enjoyed the history of IV and blood therapy the mostthank you
Great classes! Well structered and explained! Super nice teacher and staff! New acls teacher! :-)
Management handled it well, but I had a bad experience with my ACLS recert course. The instructor did not cover the required AHA course content and was uninterested in feedback. I emailed the owner after the course and she asked for specific feedback and immediately refunded my money and said she would address these concerns with the staff.
