I love apples for two things quality and customer service but this time was not really good on Monday 3/1/2021 I went there because my phone iPhone 11 pro max has network problem start to lose the signal and i addressed that to apple on the phone and in the store but they came up with a great solution that paying 599+tx to get my phone fix needs parts to replace!!!!! Which is new phone so that’s definitely disappointing!!!!!!
The line can get a bit long but it’s really easy to pick orders up. Make sure you set an appointment though. No walk-ins available. That’s the downside of it, but other than that, it’s a good place. Workers there are nice.
Made an appointment for 2. Got there and was incredibly confused because there were two lines. Waited in one that someone said they had an appointment and then walked to the front to see if I could ask anyone because my appointment time had come and gone. A man at the front told me to check in with a security guard who had been going down the line. I did and when the person replied back they said leave her in line she is late. LATE? Avoid this location because they don’t care about an appointment time or anything and don’t care to explain just assume and make you wait until they are ready. Poor customer service to the core. Waited an hour with an appointment. This should be way more organized then this. With covid how it is why would they have it set up like this and not explain via email what to do.
They're closed and I don't know why! Well let me update that report, they're back open for pickup only good luck with that.
Closed until further notice.
I see you guys have more bad reviews than good I’m sure if you guys were to hire me I could help lower those bad reviews and get better reviews. Seems many of the employees aren’t meeting the customers expectations. If I was there I would do more than they possibly could or at least try. so how about giving me a chance 🤔
I don’t normally rate businesses, but my service here was so terrible I had to. We walked in the store and got greeted by the greeter, and asked her a couple of questions, she stopped in the middle of the conversation and walked away from us and started talking to someone else, like we weren’t important. No one came to help us, and there were about 5 employees just standing around talking amongst eachother laughing and joking around. We had to go up to an employee and ask for help, and for some reason the lady seemed to have an attitude. The lady seemed as if we were bothering her for asking questions. After that we just left, I’ve never been to an apple store where they were this rude. I don’t know if it was because they thought we were broke college students or what, but I will most likely never shop at this Apple store again, and I advise you not to either.
Need anything fixed bring a tint and camp out cause they just sit you to the side and ignore you all day. And it's always your fault never a Apple problem they do everything to charge you more money to fix the same issue over and over unroll you buy something new.
I see a lot of negative reviews lately but when I came in last week to get my phone looked at they were very helpful in the process. My old iphone kept randomly shutting off and I got tired of dealing with it so I went to get a second opinion. They let me know there was a piece of hardware failing and that was why the phone kept shutting off. They let me know I had an upgrade available and very quickly helped show me how to get my data on my new phone and I was on my way
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE!!!! A girl named Vichyda took care of me and did a terrible job. She never disclosed that there would be a possibility that my phone would have to be completely restored. When I restored it important data was missing from my phone and when u told them about it they didn’t care. There’s no way I should be paying for my phone to get fixed and find my data missing. They don’t care about customer service and when they do mess up they don’t fix it.
Go to another Apple Store. I went to this one 4 times in the last two months to upgrade from an iPhone 5s to a 7 and now 8. The last two times their staff kept messing up on the credit billing/service provider and ultimately wasted 2 hours of my time. The manager Julia said she would give me a phone case for the trouble. When I went back this evening to get the iPhone 8, she said their operations end at 8pm and they have reservations to honor, and she cannot sell me an iPhone 8. But she didn't say the phones were sold out. There was no line and employees were standing around socializing with one another not helping any customers. What's the issue? I'm a paying customer. Why are you wasting my time? Why am I giving this store a chance and the benefit of the doubt? I'll never come here again. Do not be fooled by their smiling faces. They are of no help and lack integrity. I even wary of going to the Knox/Henderson location. Maybe I'll try the AT&T store instead
Had a really bad experience with this Apple Store. When I took my silicone phone case in (that was still well within the year warranty) they told me the return policy was now 14 days and in order to replace the case they would need a managers approval. Turns out the managers were all "busy" and couldn't spare two seconds to override a return. I was then told I needed to make a Genius Bar reservation to replace the case. After leaving this store with nothing but wasted time. I headed to the Apple Store on Knox street and left with a new case within a few minutes. Will not he visiting this store again.
I recently purchased an iPhone SE from an Apple Store in Northpark center Dallas, TX. Upon first use, I noticed the screen had an unusual yellowish tint to it. I compared this to my iPhone 6S and confirmed the difference was noticeable. I took my phone to this Apple Store on August 22, 2017 (today). The staff I approached, Kenneth, was very rude to me and made no attempt to understand what I thought was a product quality issue. He did not give me his last name but he was an African-American sales rep. He appeared very annoyed by my question and tried to shoo me away by saying he had other customers waiting.
I felt very humiliated. He could have shown me where to change the display color settings. I am very disappointed with my experience.
Ilive in Key West and had been told there that my MacBook Pro could not be repaired and nothing could be recovered from the hard drive. I was traveling to Dallas and wanted a second opinion. EVERYONE we came in contact with was fantastic. When they found out we were only in town for a day they made sure we got to see a technician immediately. The technician was not only able to recover the files but got the computer up and running in less than 15 minutes. Then we worked with. Sales person who was extremely helpful in helping select a new upgraded computer, did not try to over sell us, and even encouraged us to buy online since we were traveling and gave us a number to contact if we had any additional question beforemaking our final purchase online. First class service and amazing staff
When my phone has been getting hot and battery dying in hours, and you say my hardware is fine, the solution isn't to buy another phone. The genius guy wanted me to shell out money for a new phone or wipe mine, which I told him regardless of iOS version and how many times I wipe it, it still doesn't work. It's some configuration or iCloud issue, not the phone. They are not equipped to troubleshoot problems other than basic hardware. Apple won't give any support to their products outside of manufacturer defects. If I told hosting customers that they have to get a new server, my head would be on the chopping block. Telling people to start all over is not a solution to the problem, it's a cop out. Something is causing a thread to hang and chew up CPU cycles, and apparently I have a better idea of what's wrong than their genius bar does but I don't have the resources to go in and inspect the running system like they should. The guy said he would be the highest level support Apple would have, but didn't even offer what tier 1 support should offer. He literally ran one diagnostic tool and said I need to wipe it again (already attempted several times, proved it would not help) or get a new one. 20 employees in the store and they can't actually look at it?
I give up on Apple. Use to love them like crazy but they went downhill since Jobs died. At least the Microsoft store here has helpful staff.
*ELDERS BEWARE | DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES GO HERE ALONE!!! + My observation and interaction and see THEIR reviews BELOW
Derr*ck Z (Manager) and J*stin W (associate) are very unprofessional. I'm not sure how skipping a reserved customer (35 min) then not caring apologize or help is okay. I am very disappointed by this action; furthermore, the manager asserts that there is no way he feels responsible to me due to the disrespectful interaction that cost me 2 extra hours.
All of this could have been fixed by the associate apologizing for his actions and immediately being willing to help. If it was a mistake I am very understanding of that as we are not perfect creatures, however waiting 35 min for my name to be called and no one asking if all was well is just unacceptable (after getting the check in text that they are ready to help then immediately checking in again and being told where to sit). After 35 min I asked what was going on? An associate looked me up 3 x then stated that I was skipped over (low and behold by the person who was lass than 4ft from me). The associate never called me he just moved on - from what I saw before I knew that was my associate he helped over 5 people. As I was brought over to the associate he was very unwilling to help and unapologetic for skipping me he seemed as if I was bothering him and he wanted me to go away. This in itself is just distasteful. If it was an accident I could have accepted that however the actions following the initial issue didn't reflect someone who has just made a mistake. By proxy I was skipped purposely.
I've just spent over 5 thousand dollars with this Apple Store between the new mac book pro *top line 3k, accessories, care plan, and buying a new iPhone 7+ 286 gb on charge card. So going in to give another 400 to fix 2 phone screens *after an accident* should have been as easy as I expected it to be per the service I've had in the past at this location.
What should have been done was an apology for the disrespect and wasting my time, from the associate and manager. Furthermore a discount off of my repairs would have been a sufficient resolution due to the magnitude of the situation.
It could have been .05 cents off as the cost did not matter it was the principle. *I needed the devices fixed regardless and initially came in to simply get them fixed/ pay/ and leave.
It seems unless one is spending 5-8k every time they come in they are unwilling to help. Especially with the older crowd.
The way I observed the staff running around the elders pressuring them into purchasing things without helping and educating them on the product was also distasteful. The manager (Derr*ck Z.) on site during this behavior should be held accountable for treating elders this way and allowing his staff to conduct business in such a grotesque manner. All I could think of was if that were my grandparent. We all have grandmothers mothers grandfathers and dads so not let him allow them to be ripped off as it could have been YOUR elder. They should not be taken advantage of.
Great service. I bought a MacBook Pro today. I forgot my password to my Apple ID and wasn't able to retrieve it. Matt Chanel was a great help and showed us how to work the Mac along with some great tips. I recommend you see him when you come in!
Horrible experience. Went in with my wife to get a couple of apple watches. The one that I wanted was out of stock. That is not a problem, but when I asked them to order it I was told I had to do that myself. I am standing int the store with cash in hand and was told to go home and order it online!! Are you kidding!! They told me they were not allowed to order it. Ridiculous!! My wife handed hers back and we walked out of the store. I think we have changed our minds on the apple watch. There was a nice Swatch store just down the hall.
