My fiance purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Bova Diamonds and we have both had the most incredible experience with them! They were so helpful and kind in helping him design a custom engagement ring and I love how beautiful and unique it is! Our wedding is tomorrow and they even cleaned my ring so it would look absolutely perfect for the big day. We have raved about Bova to all of our friends and there is NO better place to buy jewelry!!

TL:DR - good selection, prices, custom jewelry process and in store customer service. Once you leave the store them seem to forget about you.

They have a good selection and their custom jewelry process was amazing. I was able to work with them to get exactly what we wanted. They were even willing to work on a tight timeline to finish the ring before we left the country. However, the final two days before i left I called them 3 times to check if the ring was ready, they assured me it would be ready by Friday and they would call me when it was ready to get picked up. By 330pm on Friday I still hadn't received a call so i gave them a call. They had completely forgotten about me picking up the ring and gave me the line "Lucky you caught me, i was just headed out early for a company party" (Same associate i had talked to on my previous 3 phone calls) I was livid! Had I not called I would have missed my opportunity to pick up the ring before I left for my international trip where I proposed.

The appraisal they include for the wedding band and engagement ring was not accepted by the insurance company and i had to request a valid appraisal 3 times before they sent me a copy that would be accepted by insurance.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Bova Diamonds. Jason helped me find the perfect diamond and setting to create my dream engagement ring. He went above and beyond to make my experience special. I was never pressured or pushed to buy, which I experienced at a couple other stores. Halee is also excellent and helped the checkout process go very smoothly. I couldn’t be more happy with my ring and all they did for me! Thanks to all the staff at Bova. They are top-notch, friendly, and trustworthy. They have incredible prices and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Several years ago my husband gave me a beautiful diamond for our anniversary that he purchased at Bova. The diamond is exquisite and one like no other that we could have gotten at a retail store. This year he decided to have it reset for me in a gorgeous new setting. We knew that having it done at Bova was going to give us not only the best quality but the best deal. We worked with Jason who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the best setting would be to showcase the diamond and yet he did not try to oversell us. He knew how anxious I was to have the ring on my finger and had it ready for us within days. We will never buy another diamond anywhere else! I had a great experience working with Jason and everyone else at Bova Diamonds. They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice for an initial design consultation. I was very impressed with Jason's eye for design and I felt like he was 100 percent focused on providing the most beautiful ring possible based on what I asked for. After choosing the diamond, I had renderings in my inbox from their designer within 24 hours and the ring was ready for pickup in another week or two. Much faster than I expected! The quality of the ring was amazing! However, I soon realized that I had regrets over choosing the specific diamond that I did. I called Jason and he set my mind at ease by saying that they were going to work with me to make sure the ring was perfect. He helped me pick out another diamond that would work with the existing setting and the end result was a perfect engagement ring that my fiance gets complimented on constantly. I couldn't be happier with end result and neither could my fiance! I think it says a lot about a company when something doesn't go quite as planned at first and they don't hesitate to work with you to make it right. I highly recommend using Bova!

It was a true pleasure working with Jason and the people at Bova Diamonds. I contacted them about purchasing an engagement ring for my now fiance after a friend recommended the great work they did for him in finding the right ring at an affordable price.

Upon my initial reaching out, Jason Stephens - Sales Manager immediately reached out to discuss what I was looking for. I described to him the three stone setting we'd been looking for and were unable to find at multiple jewelry stores the last few weeks. He asked if I had any general pictures I could send him - which I did. We concluded our initial conversation with him asking me for my price range of where I'd like to stay within.

I showed up for an appointment a few days later and Jason already had two settings in mind. The first one was an instant sell for me. He already had a center stone in mind that he was able to show me that still kept within my price range I specified. In fact, Jason was able to get me the stone and setting I was looking for under my initial budget.

Upon my purchase of the ring, it was ready in less than a week which also met my timeline for proposal perfectly (Most Jewelers had told me that two weeks wasn't going to be possible).

After proposing, there was obviously going to be some sizing required with the ring. I expected them to have us come back by the next day but, they were able to do it in less than 30 minutes - same day.

Overall, Jason and the staff is always full of energy and more than willing to help in any way without the added pressure of making a purchase for the most expensive rock in the building. Both my fiance and myself were very satisfied with the purchase and will be recommending Bova Diamonds along with Jason to any of our friends or acquaintances.

Jason Stephens! I cannot say enough how this man came through for me. He opened his doors when no one else would. He assisted me like no one else did. He paid attention to my requests and concerns. He made both myself and my now fiancee feel like the most important people in the room. He is always assisting other clients the same way, so be patient when trying to reach him. The wait will be worth it. His service is spectacular. I originally planned to go elsewhere, but not only did he win me over, he offered me a better deal for a better diamond. A classic diamond ring. A beautiful gem. Halie, the owner, the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel special and right at home. The diamond industry is not "user-friendly". From big box stores to your smaller whole sale operation, finding the right stone is nearly less important than finding the right relationship. As I searched for a high quality stone within my price range, I looked at 6 different whole sale locations and all of them gave me the same speech along with the same quality stones. Financially - the deals were average and the stones were always little below where I wanted to be. I almost resigned myself to accepting that my goals were not attainable within my budget. However, on happen stance I came to find Bova Diamonds.

Bova diamonds and their staff is a clean, well-run operation that values long-term relationships over the quick sale. This is not the diamond dealer you get one stone or piece of jewelry at. This is the diamond dealer you get your future wife's ring, then after year's of using them you tell your future son in law to start at Bova and try to find a better ring for your daughter.

Jason, the manager of the store, is fantastic. High quality individual with exceptional business acumen and resume to prove success outside of the industry. He knows the rock you are looking for and is not going to waste your time with jewels he would not buy for himself. Bova sources their stones internationally and spends time hand selecting their inventory. Jason gave me an incredible deal and followed it by saying "David - I am going to sell this to you at a discount. Not because I want to sell to you now, but because I want to sell to you and your friends for the future." Bottom line: the stone and mount I was sold was only 51% of the appraisal value. I have not met another shopper who has found a bargain like this in the diamond industry. The stone it self was rated colorless, no visible inclusions, triple XXX so it sparkled like a disco ball and all while being GIA certified.

Frankly, I was about to give up and settle for a lesser stone. I encourage you never to settle. And when it comes to jewelry selection, do not ever settle unless you have come to Bova.
