Absolutely fantastic customer service. As someone who is clearly younger, I'm often not taken seriously at jewelry stores (I guess they assume I can't buy anything). But not once was I talked down to or treated as a joke. Definitely coming back when I decide to make a purchase.

It was my first time coming here a few days ago and Sue was such a great help!!!! She showed me around and made me feel very welcomed. Such a great and friendly personality! I will definitely be coming back.

Joy and Sue were awesome! The no pressure sales environment was great and quite honestly a major reason why we decided to make a purchase here. Joy and Sue were genuinely interested and shared our enthusiasm for our engagement. All of our questions and concerns were addressed. The ring we purchased was perfect. There is a wide selection and pricing was reasonable.

Excellent customer service! The young lady working made my search for the perfect gold bar necklace a pleasant one! Very personable and made me feel like I was her best friend. Will definitely be back for my next purchase!

I had a great experience at this location with the whole staff! Everyone was really respectful and honest. I would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a friendly staff and reasonable prices. Suelyna and Joy helped me find just the right watch for me. Will definitely be coming back to this location for any future purchases.

Had a wonderful experience at the Dallas Galleria location! Chris Arning was the most helpful and knowledgeable person in the store and helped me find exactly what I was looking for by just me describing my vision to him. Customer for life!

Joy Ferguson was beyond amazing. We have been looking for engagement rings for weeks and Joy was able to seal the deal within an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding ring. If you're looking for someone to help assist you buying a ring then just trying to get a sale out of you go ask for Joy. Thank you!!!

The customer service was so nice! I had a wonderful time taking a look at the collection of jewelry they had. And even as a guy the jewelry was worth taking a look at and see what kind of jewelry would be great to buy for a girl.

I went in to Bailey Banks & Biddle to look for my wife's engagement ring. I met a wonderful sales lady named Marika. Not only did she have a great selection of engagment rings she also made it a fun experience. After I licked out the perfect ring it took the Jeweler 2 weeks to build my wife's perfect ring. My wife loves her ring. I will go back to Bailey Banks & Biddle for my future jewelry purchases..

My fiancé purchased my veragio engagement ring from this location from David. First week of having the ring, I had stones falling out. When I went to get it fixed, I asked to get the ring sized too. David said it is not included with the purchase (even though it is an engagement ring & my fiancé purchased it not checking my size as it was a surprise. All other jewelry stores include the first size) David said we needed to purchase a warranty for it to be included BUT apparently they were in the middle of switching warranty companies. My fiancé and I both had to argue with him to get the ring sized. Afterwards, he said he would call me once the warranty company transition was complete. This was 8 months ago. Still have not heard to this day from him. We went in last week to purchase my fiance's band because we had received a coupon for $50 off in the mail. We worked with an older woman this time & we had told her we would like to put a down payment since we are tite with the wedding money. She offered us lay away for 6 months and said we can include the coupon price. We put our deposit down. Next day, DAVID calls my fiancé saying that he is not going to allow us to use the coupon with lay away but could just offer 10% off AFTER the woman offered it to us in store. He Said we need to come in (we live 45 minutes away) to get our refund even though it was purchased on a card. David basically lost a sale for this older woman over $17. I highly don't recommend coming here. Despite all of the problems we had, we stupidly continued to go there. Not anymore. We found bands at helzberg with much better service for more than half the price. Don't go to Bailey Banks & Biddle if you're expecting a great experience.

Store in Little Rock, AR is the cheapest, non professional store I've ever been in. I'm not surprised they had to close down. It's honestly the store in general. My wife has had her ring fall apart twice and they have yet to take responsibility. They don't want to help, and they are wanting her to go to a different store to get her diamond plan signed off on. Other stores won't sign off on someone else's work though so we are stuck with this problem.

Fiancee and I visited the store last week for our marriage bands. Attention was top notch (Lisa Rafiqui took care of us) and while we finally opted for a different store, I can't but praise the attention to the customer provided by the staff.
