My experience with Apple Nissan and in particular, Ernest Hughes was great! I walked into the dealership and felt welcomed immediately. This was my first time making a purchase from a dealership, I was helped every step of the way. I got to leave with my car, that day. I will go there again and recommend anyone go there.

My ancient caravan broke down in front of the dealership and every one of the staff was fabulously helpful and courteous (there's coffee and hot chocolate and TV while you wait for AAA). No high pressure sales, just good old fashioned customer service, and it appears they can work with anyone's budget. Thanks again guys, you are awesome!

Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to communicate with me. Even had several conversations with some of the staff as they were exceptionally personable! Definitely made me feel welcome at Apple Nissan!

Worked with Mr. Davis as my sales consultant. From the very beginning Mr. Davis listened to what my family was looking for in a used vehicle and did not try to persuade me outside of my desired range. I appreciate his willingness to listen. He went out of his way to secure the vehicle I was looking for and was patient with me in the decision-making process. Thank you!

But what sets our experience apart from the rest is that we found a great person and a friend. Thank you Mark Winters for your gentle spirit, compassion and determined to exceed expectations!! Amongst a number of "going above and beyond", Mark pulled all the stones/pebbles out of our tires before we could drive our new vehicle away. Mark's attention to detail continued after our purchase, returning every phone call and email as if it was an urgent matter. Because of him we will be back next year to purchase another new Nissan!!

I highly recommend this dealership! They have been the fastest, friendliest, most caring salesmen I've ever dealt with! Special thanks to Nick Lucchesi for getting me into my SUV! He made the process so fun, not miserable and mentally draining like other places I've been. They were able to get me a great amount for my trade in, which was my biggest worry. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase and you're missing out by choosing any other dealership.

Excellent customer service received and very professional. Due to needing my tires rotated for the first time and the poor deceitful practice of Lancaster Nissan, I decided to drive out of my area to have this service performed and was received by very welcoming staff both in the bay areas as well as inside the business. I would have had Lancaster Toyota Service Department rotate them except I didn't have a locking lug nut for my Infiniti and Lancaster Toyota didn't have a master key for a vehicle made by Nissan. Despite the travel time, the upstanding service and respect received was well worth the drive and expense. Thank you to the great service and friendly welcoming smiles in this day in age.

First time visiting Apple Nissan and had probably the best experience of any major or minor dealership I've visited in my most recent search for a car. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. I've been searching for a replacement car for a few months now and they were patient and understanding of my situation and didn't push me into a car I didn't want and ultimately helped me get the one I really wanted instead. I can honestly say that the next time I need a vehicle, this is my first and only stop!

Purchased a used vehicle at Apple Nissan. The dealership staff was very welcoming and friendly. I spoke with James Fishter who listened to my concerns and made sure that the service department attended to any items on my list. They want to sell you a car that you are satisfied with and not just make a sale in any condition. Vehicle was in excellent condition and I bought it 3 days after my first test ride. A rare feat for me as I usually delay much longer than that before making a major purchase

We had a fabulous car buying experience here this past Saturday! Bruce Massey, our salesman, was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. He listened to our budget and worked to make it happen. Ron Smith, the finance manager was wonderful also. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely return and would refer anyone to them.

For several months I have been looking for a replacement for my 2001 Ford Escape. I was interested in purchasing another v6 Escape between 2007 and 2012. Ford made an upgrade in 2007 which makes the engine much easier to maintain among other improvements. After 2012 Ford introduced the 4 cylinder engine which provides better fuel economy at the sacrifice of performance.

I was thrilled to find a 2010 Ford Escape with only 20,000 miles at York Nissan and in excellent condition (garage kept - perfect body no scratches or dents) - just what I had been looking for. The salesman Ernest was very pleasant to deal with. He arranged for me to get the 5 digit manufactures code to access the remote keyboard outside the driver's door. He also obtained and installed a front license tag bracket which I needed in Maryland. He was eager to help before and after the sale - I would say he provided outstanding service!
