Artillery Ridge Campground is the best place ever. A big group of us go every year. They are pet friendly and also do many activities for the kids and adults for Halloween. This place is the best. Highly recommend.

GOOD: Best feature in my opinion are the horse stables. Clean, non-smelling arenas and pasture, even got to watch someone training while we were there. They also offer horseback Gettysburg battlefield tours. Park is clean and convenient to town, with average space between RV sites. Everything was maintained and functional.

MEDIOCRE: Store staff not overly friendly but avail themselves should you have a question.

BAD: Not having Passport America membership upon check-in, found this park more expensive than others in the area. Store was not stocked very well with groceries but had everything needed for camping in a RV.

We made reservations for 5 days before Memorial day weekend and found that we couldn't get in anywhere else in our route. These wonderful people made a space for us where they redid the sewer hook up and graveled and leveled a pad for us. We ended up staying an additional 5 days and had a wonderful time. The campground is very big and the sites are nice and big. The facilities are really good also and the staff are very accommodating. In spite of being ill part of the time these people helped to make our stay really great.

This camping resort was spot on. Easy check in. We were lot 107 and it was a perfect spot. It was a "pull thru" rather a big space to pull your travel trailer in and out with out any issues. I did notice the spots for RVs looked different than the camp map. I don't think people were on top of each other as others stated, but I have stayed at cramped places worse than this. No cable, and oddly refeshing. Didn't miss it. The resort is a 5 minute drive to downtown, and along the way is all the entrances to see the monuments. And this place offers free tickets to three sightseeing events. Highly worth it. Our overall impression was great. Definitely staying here again next year.

Cabins here are a good option. The tent and RV parking seems to be mostly stacked on top of each other, though there are some more secluded options so check carefully. The pool and playground areas are very nice. The best part is waking up to horses walking by behind the cabin.

Stayed here and held family reunion at Artillery Ridge Accommodations to meet any families' needs or requirements. Many activities to keep the kids interested, including the nice, clean pool. Accessibility to horseback riding is a definite plus. Closet major campground to Gettysburg National Park and in town activities. We highly recommend and will be GOING BACK OURSELVES!!

Stayed here while visiting the park. Very convenient. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Our campsite however was really not level. Was quite a pain to get into. Site 104. Campground has a few permanent homes/campers. Not bad for a few nights and someone with plenty of leveling blocks.

Campground is very close to the attractions. Staff is very nice. Lots of boyscouts camp here. Gets very windy due to its location on a ridge. The campground store has one of the best collections of Star Wars, sport cards, and collector memorabilia stores I've ever seen. Head toward the back.must see!

My wife and I were really not sure what to expect about the artillery Ridge Campground. All we knew was that during the Battle of Gettysburg the reserve for the union artillery was kept here. We absolutely loved the place. The camp store is well-stocked with everything you need at a reasonable price and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They put my wife and I in a tent camping site that was one of the few that are isolated. For those who wish to bring their own horses they have a couple different crowds and plenty of stables. The campground can accommodate anything and everything from tent camping to large RVs and from what we saw it looked like several people maintain year-round camps on the site. The prices were more than fair and probably the best thing is you are so close to the battlefield.

Took the horseback tour of the battlefield and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. You can definitely tell the staff gas a passion for history and their animals. Campground looks nice, even though we did not stay there.

We stayed here in our Motorhome for 1 night. One of the best stocked camp stores we've seen. Very Friendly staff. Located on a horse farm so if you love horses, this place is for you. Great atmosphere and convenient to the civil war historical sites. 'A' rated in our book. Thanks for the great service. We'll be back
