Great service. Replaced my son’s phone easily as it was under warranty. In and out in a little over an hour
It’s a pretty standard Apple Store. My words of wisdom is to make sure you make an appointment. I have waited hours thinking during the business day it might be slower but, depending on the difficulty of our customer’s issues, you can be there for awhile. You may have to wait for a bit after your appointment time but it’s definetly the better option. This place is super busy but the staff are very friendly!
Have a broken watch band, was told by plaza store that it would be under warranty. Asked same question at Leawood store. Answer from associate: “I don’t know about that but we are closed”.
1. Totally understand being closed and cutting off the ability to take care of a transaction.
2. Lock the doors if you are closed.
3. If you let someone in, answer a simple question. Guess they don’t answer questions after they closed?
Come on Apple!
Went to the store fully intending to walk out with a phone. Knew exactly what a wanted, no decisions to make. Could have been a 5 minute transaction. After checking in during a not-so-busy time, waited 15 minutes and had to walk out. Frustrated to see at least 5 staff walking around not engaged with any customers. The Apple Store simply makes it too hard to get and get out with a purchase, which I assume is their whole goal. Save yourself the headache and buy online or elsewhere.
Great store, products are of course superior. Recently worked with a great employee, Kiefer, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
I don't even use all of their products, I use a galaxy phone, but everything else that I have is Apple, laptop, iPad etc.
Only detractor would be the 10% sales taxyikes
I brought in my MacBook Pro to get fixed after a shutdown issue. They tried to fix it and were unsuccessful after three attempts. However, they far exceeded my expectations by hooking me up with a new laptop. Not what I expected and I was frustrated at first, but they made it right in the end. 110% satisfied with their customer service and overall professionalism. Every person I talked to was friendly and very helpful, staff well trained. A+
Awesome staff, got me in and out quickly, even on a busy Saturday. The technician I worked with was efficient and friendly. Came in cranky with a broken phone and walked out smiling. Top notch customer service thank you!
They took my phone and said it would take 2 hours to replace the battery I drove 40 minutes to get the phone serviced and had to leave because I had to get my daughter to work back home Now I get to drive all the way back to get the device back. Come on Just replace the battery and let me go home with the device.
Excellent store. They have a very efficient design that lends itself well to fast service. The staff members are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair services are more expensive but you do get a lot of diagnostic services for no cost. Really love this place.
Cannot say enough about the staff at this location. Yesterday my iPhone 7 display went black and they were able to fit me in later in the day even though the genius bar was full. They ended up replacing my iPhone under warranty. Sadly about 300 of my photos which were supposed to be backed up on iCloud (which had ironically filled up) were lost in the transfer. I was devastated. The staff did everything possible to try and recover my lost photos. They even worked after the store had closed to brainstorm a solution. In the end, there was no way to recover my photos, but I want to thank Andrew, Ryan, and especially Paul for helping me. I really appreciate it.
This location absolutely caters to it's surroundings. The staff is superbly unfriendly and rude. I've been here 3 times because it is close to my house, but have elected to drive further to the Country Club Plaza store moving forward. The wait is very long even when you have an appointment and of all 3 times I needed service and had Apple Care, was told they could not help me. I was able each time to reschedule with the store on the Plaza and get service. The staff and customers are all very rude and pretentious. I will never be back to this store and tell all my customers with Mac products to go to the Plaza where you will be treated like you shoulda human.
This location has an amazing staff! Couldn't have asked for better service & friendliness. Kevin Champ, Manager Daniel, and Gabe each truly made this visit stress free & easy in their own way. We have been to multiple Apple stores across the country, but the service here was the best we have found. Thank you so much guys!
I entered the store, walked past 3 geniuses and no one said nothing. I went to the cables to get a mini display port cable and did not see what I wanted. I stood there for 10 minutes and nothing. Finally an employee ventured close with some one that just came in and I told him "I have been standing here for 10 minutes with no help." He replies, "You have to check in with some one with a green notebook". So I raise my voice, "Hey green notebook guy, can I check in". No response. I left the store with out a cable because I had an appointment. Terrible employees.
I went on a Saturday at about 12:30pm. It was of course pretty busy in there. I had an issue with my 6+, I had no appointment. I just drove up there. I was immediately greeted by an employee asking if he could help. I showed him my phone and told him what was going on, he put me in line to sign in with a tech. They quoted me a 20-25 minute wait..I waited maybe 15 minutes. The tech was Chris I believe. He was very helpful and we were done with 10-15 minutes. Not bad at all for walking in on a Saturday
