I was at Fashion Valley at 11 am when mall opened. Most stores were open. There was a line at the Apple store and at Forever 21. Otherwise it was pretty deserted. Maybe ot will pick up this afternoon.

They were very busy today at the Apple store. For a minute I thought it was Christmas. The people just kept coming. The Apple store was well prepared with plenty of staff on hand to help.

This store is the worst store for service. If i could rate a 0 i would. I went in to Genius Bar to have my phone tested. I was then approached by another overly aggressive sales person and they were hard selling me to the most expensive i phone 11 pro. They also pressured me into the Apple Card which is not worth anything and it’s a total scam. Rather then getting a repair at the Genius Bar it’s like a “used car lot” and they try to up sell you. They had me captive in the store for 3 hours. Apple is now in the banking industry because they’re products are losing quality. Customer service horrible, rude. They just don’t care anymore.

I placed order online for regular MacBook pro. Came to the store 3 hours later. The order was not ready yet. They asked to walk for 10-25 min. After 45 min nothing ready. Its better to go to best buy and get it right away and probably cheaper as well!

Terrible service!! Please do not buy the $40 silicon case, this is the second one in 11 months and it keeps peeling off the edges. It is a low quality product and the employees at this store couldn’t sympathize with a unhappy customer. After this experience I will not be purchasing any more apple products.

Wonderful after getting it. Tell Booker's to be very specific to check their MESSAGES section . I think I had the message section open which is an Android phone from Verizon, and nevver received it. Only after getting home. Google, Verizon problem?

We are both big fans of Apple products and occasionally pop into one of their stores to see what's happening.TheIr stores are designed in a very non confrontational layout so there is no counter or desk separating you from the Apple associate you are talking with. Also all the accessories are displayed on high shelves along the walls thus providing a clear view for everyone of the entire store. An uncluttered store to buy uncluttered products!

The absolute worst service.. All I wanted to do was buy a MacBook pro. Went on a Saturday was told I had to sign in. So I signed and waited at the table for 25 minutes. No one I mean no even aknowledged me. So I come back on a Thursday cause it was crowded on Saturday. I have been standing at the table no 20 minutes.. The last 2 minutes writing this review. I wish my daughter didn't love Apple cause the service here is atrocious. I'll just go to Best Buy.

This place is very disorganized. The staff have no idea how business leasing works. After organizing a lease with business department on the phone, they instructed me to go to the store to pick up product. I called the store and they said yes come on down. I get there and no one, not even the manager knows anything about how their own leasing program works with Direct Capital. I wasted over 2 hours of my time and decided to leave in anger. I called Direct Capital and they said that the store staff may have not of been trained.

Went in to get my screen replaced. Made appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Everything was professional and was told to return in 1 and 1/2 hours to pick up. Returned then and was ready! Paid and I was on my way. Great spread and prices! For a place that is this busy to be run with such organization is employing enough staff. They are staffed well! Would return

I used to go there often just for fun & decided I'd go back now to buy a new computer. But after reading all the reviews I choose to buy somewhere else. Not worth it to possibly be one of the one star folks.

I had Andrew ask his supervisor why my phone needed to be swapped for a phone that could have used parts instead of a new one since my phone was under warranty. Andrew's supervisor was rude. He said they were doing me a favor by replacing my phone. After crossing those few words with me he left saying, "Good talk." Good talk? Really? Perhaps this man needs to be reminded that he was on the clock and is also part of his job to provide customer service? What a jerk.

Get it in writing ! --- My saga is as follows:
I accompanied my college aged daughter to have her MB pro repaired. We were quoted a certain amount for repairs. If the amount exceeded the estimate, we would given a call. The exact amount and the terms were repeated verbally at least half a dozen times as we discussed if it was worth repairing. A week after dropping it off, a call came to pick up the computer. When I went to pick it up, an additional $100 had been tacked on. They then showed me a "receipt" from when my daughter dropped off the computer with the extra $100 showing. The problem is that the receipt lacked a signature and had an extra $100. Obviously someone doing a CYA. They then basically said, we don't take your word that you were quoted a lower price , but you should take our word because, well, we have your F** computer and what are you going to do about it? If you don't pay, we will scape the computer. I mean, they said it in a nice way, but that is the sum and substance. So, the moral is, don't sign any bs screen that they put in front of you. Get things in writing, get documents printed out. The cut signing with your finger tip is BS.

the check in guy didn't actually check me in, and I waited about an hour before someone noticed. however, the man who helped me at the genius bar was extremely nice, helpful, and explained to me everything in detail.

Why are Apple reps generally sending off an air of arrogance, like it's a privilege to be shown items instead of a helpful sales person? It seems like a club they want me to beg to be a part of. Bad vibe. This is one of two stores I got the attitude from in a slam of 3 days.

You are better off googling solutions for yourself. You'll have a better luck on your own than dealing with the Stupid Bar!

Was told by apple telephone support that i could get a 'quick in store replacement' of my iphone 6s due to a defective battery as part of an apple replacement program. So i decided to make the trip to the store from downtown where i am staying during my vacation. I loitered around the mall for an hour and a half waiting to be called to genius bar. Then I was told they couldn't do a replacement and would have to replace my battery but they didn't have any in stock. I said i wasn't happy because i am from Canada and the closest Apple store to me is 8 hours away. They just said thats too bad, cant do anything other than i can try again some other day. Well that wasn't gonna happen as I already wasted one night of my vacation. I will just have to go through the hassle of dealing with this when back in Canada without having an Apple store near me. Very unhappy. Was on telephone support for 34 min. Waited at mall for 1.5 hours based on telephone support advice then was told I cannot get issue resolved. Paid for taxi to mall and back which would have been fine had my issue been resolved as I was led to believe. And this is my second iPhone that suffered a defective battery that I spent time having to deal with. Not to mention the bad experience from my phone dying randomly and the battery draining quickly! What a horrible experience. Thanks Apple for helping me with this situation.

I just love this store. The guys are very smart and efficient. I wanted an iPhone 7 and I just wanted to give it a tryTo my surprise the guy told me that he can get me one if I wait for one hour..only 256 GB in black! I said yes and the rest is history after waiting for an hour.

Matt at the Genius Bar was easily the best Apple employee I've ever dealt with. Super fast, and knowledgeable. Even more importantly he was a really intelligent guy who made a great personal connection while fixing my phone. Customer service literally does not get better than this!

    Apple needs more Matts.
