Too much employees doing nothing and customers waiting for their products. Waited about 25 minutes with the person who scan my reservation in front of me and next it was another employee. They were doing exactly nothing the whole 25 minutes.

I went shopping there 1 week before Christmas. The store was packed from wall to wall with customers, and adequately staffed to handle the volume. I was assisted immediately by Angie, who provided very detailed and personal service, and I was able to go in and out with my purchase in less than 15 minutes. Overall great experience every time I step into an Apple store.

I hate coming here. It’s the closest apple store to my house so I have no choose but to come here or order online however I’m rarely home. I’ve been here to buy several apple products usually in the $1K range and it’s always a hassle to get someone to check me out. You’d think the staff would be more helpful especially when all they have to do is swipe my credit card and don’t have to deal with answering a bunch of questions for someone who isn’t going to buy anything. I wish there was an obvious check out line instead of walking around asking all the staff if they could help me. Something that could have taken less than 5 minutes turns into a 30+ minutes ordeal.

Dadeland Mall (Miami, FL) Apple Store service continues to get worse! ! The "Apple Certified Consultants" no longer know the products, no longer have the appropriate level of technical expertise and the number of representatives that have no clue about what they are doing is increasing very fast! My wife bought an iphone X- 256 under the Apple program. Pickup was assigned to Dadeland mall Apple Store (yesterday Dec 2, 2017) as they did not have it in inventory in any Fort Lauderdale location. Apple Consultant Shriah (not sure about the spelling) decides to swap the SIMM of the old 6S (which APPLE bought back fro USD 200) with the SIMM in the new iPhone X. Data starts restoring (phone was under Apple store WiFi) but phone is not activated. She is told that AT&T is "taking longer to activate phones "
My wife goes back home just to find out that she is out of a phone, Calls AT&T. They tell her the obvious: she needs a new SIMM to activate the new phone as the old one is linked to the IMEI of the old phone. So she is out of a phone and will have to go spend her Sunday inside an AT&T store so she can have a phone to work tomorrow. Meanwhile the "APPLE CERTIFIED CONSULTANT" called Shriah is probably having a nice Sunday off I ma sure that she was very happy last evening as she did not have to do anything to sell a phone.. It was a quick sale as selling phones without enabling them is very fast APPLE does not allow for services feedback in their website to avoid consumers to know about their marketing scam: lots of nice pictures, technological and meaningless words to define potential new features and justify high prices but ZERO QUALITY SERVICE.. I am wondering if a &1,000+ phone does not have margin to at least train a sales person on how to enable it!!
    Really miss Steve Jobs..

Customer Service has gone very bad. Forget about when they greet you, but when you need help solving YOUR problem they really don’t care. Robotic behavior. And also 3hr waiting time to get assistance? Completely disappointing for a big company like Apple. 👎🏻

I don’t think people understand that malls attract plenty of people, especially tourists, and as such you should expect a long wait time. This is standard in most major retail stores, especially Apple. With that being said, I took my 13” MacBook Pro with Retina Dislay (2015) in for a repair that required replacement of the computer’s IPD flex cable and a screen replacement, which I was informed was covered by Apple under their Quality Care Program (Apparently 2015 Retina Display MacBook models have been seen to suffer from excessive wear of the screen’s coating). Dropped it off, delighted to know I’d be getting a brand new screen (costs about ~$400 on average) while only paying the $10 for the flex cable replacement. The laptop was ready for pick-up within two days. I have absolutely no complaints about the actual repair and quality of customer service. All in all, a great experience.

The worst service ever. A lot of Apple personal free and nobody ask me when I go to the store. I need find one was very rude in the way to talk and another apple come to talk with him and that’s it, I was alone.

Apple need pay attention because due that I don’t want go never to Apple store. I definitely prefer deal with my wireless carrier

Btw I just go to buy a new Apple Watch serie 3 with LTE but thanks to the personal of the Apple store Dade land mall I going to consider get other option even the note 8 is almost the same price of the watch I looking for (black 42 mm stainless metal 799)

    Thanks for that’s pathetic service!!

    Bad Apple!!!

Going to the apple purchasing my first Mac ever (not my first time with apple products, I've had iPhone, iPads and iPods before) and the lack of customer service was horrible, I took a trip of the whole store people passing me to different staff members none of them offering help just saying they were busy, while you can literally see the staff chatting to each other. Sincerely the only person that offered helped after complaining was the manager but I was already upset with the service. For the amount of money you save and put into the products you at least expect a decent service, good luck for any of your future services.

My phone was giving me issues so I decided to set up an appointment through Apple's online chat. Due to the ratings I read, I was a bit hesitant about what could go down. I arrived a bit late, my appointment had been cancelled but it was put back on queque. Not even thirty seconds after I was called to the genius bar. The guy was extremely knowledgeable and knew that my phone would not be able to be repaired. He brought out another phone and I left without having to pay a dime. The entire process only took about seven minutes from entering the store to walking out.

Side note: I only had my limited one year warranty that came with the original phone purchase. The new replacement phone also comes with a one year warranty.

Today I went in to the Apple store to switch my non working iphone with a new one. I had already prepared the paperwork to pick up the iphone, my id and everything. As soon as I get there they send me in the direction of an apple employee who starts the transaction overall no problem. However when it came to setting up the phone he said "Oh it has no battery" and redirected me to one of the tables to charge it. I soon realized the charger was not working and he had already left and made no effort to check on me as I tried to tell him the charger was not working, I therefore ask another employee who tells me "you can just charge it from one of the iphones that are on display" apart from being uncomfortable as that is not the designated space to charge the iphone I went anyways because I needed the phone to work in order to get home as my only ride would have been an uber. At this point it was 12:35 Over an hour later no employees had even looked at me or approached me and since I could not leave my phone alone I could not ask for help. The iphone had been taking over an hour to set up and I was forced to unfortunately miss my university class that I had at that time, this processes continued for 50 more minutes. After an hour and fifty minutes my iphone was finally set up, no employees helped me or checked up on me to ask me why I had been standing there for so long and I had to miss my class as I could not leave without uber being installed on my phone. Terrible service. If I ever have issues with my iphone again I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I called with a very simple question: is my Macbook Air still in warranty or not? I had a rep answer my call. So far still waiting. it's been over 40 minutes now. Shouldn't that be a simple Yes/No question to address? Apple Dadeland's service in short, SUCKS! NOT!!!! recommended for people with a short tolerance to patience. If you're up for wasting your time, call them or take the drive to see them!

It seems as though no one at this location knows how to answer a phone. After 20 minutes of being on hold the phone stopped playing music and started ringing again and then disconnected. Apple customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, making a Genius Bar appointment is impossible because they only offer dates a week out and never seem to have any appointments on the few days they offer available. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.
