My wife and I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ crew cab. We went there twice. We were going to look at 2 different trucks. The first day we came out to look at their truck and met Joe and Roger. They let us take the truck out for a test drive and then we wanted info on a extended warranty. They gave us all the info we wanted! One of the best things they never pressured us one bit. We said we would let them know. Came back a few days later and bought the truck. They were all such a pleasure to work with. Roger has the day off when we went back and we worked with Lou. He explained all the paperwork including the add on warranty put the financial papers and the warranty papers in two different envelopes so I could put one in the truck with a little thank you note and take one into our home to be filed. I am a small business owner it's the attention to detail about the little things!!!! So we drove away and our new truck there are a lot of extra options in the vehicle. looking around for the owners manual come to find out no owners manual with the truck. So I reached out to Joe and asked him if he could provide me with one he sent one to our home within three or four days. Again delivering on the attention to small details. Joe's business Pinnacle Auto is a stand-up honest business I would recommend to anyone. Just want to say thanks again to Joe, Roger, Lou. Top notch guys!!!!!! When we need another vehicle we will come see you guys first.

Purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Pinnacle Auto. Super clean with low miles looks and runs like new. The team at Pinnacle Auto worked hard to get me the best deal with no pressure to buy. I found the car I was looking for online and was able to discuss with them through email. Roger had it ready and waiting for me when I got there. From test drive to sale completion took only a little more than an hour. They were friendly and professional. When I had some issues with the bank I chose for financing after the sale, he was quick to help me sort through that too, even though I didn't get financing through them. And then he called a few days later just to make sure everything was going smoothly, and talked me through some of the cars features I'd had trouble using right then on the phone. Great customer service all around, and I'd absolutely recommend them.

The best and easiest car shopping/ buying experience. The team has years of experience in the auto industry. They were very knowledgeable on the car I selected. They offered a no pressure buying experience. I walked in and out in two hours with a car I love and a car payment that is affordable. I will only be purchasing from Pinnancle in the future.

The atmosphere of this place is awesome, Bernie, Roger and you too Lou, thank you for everything, we had some good laughs and conversations, my experience with other car dealers, you don't get this kind of treatment, we felt like we knew them for a long time, there was no pushing on us to buy the vehicle, no hassling, they are by far the best people we have ever dealt with, we feel in love with the vehicle immediately, which we weren't expecting, and we couldn't have gotten it for the price we did anywhere else, even our family was surprised by the deal we got, we will definitely be back when the time comes again, thank you so much guys your are awesome : )

Reason:They're simply awesome.

Details: I scheduled a test drive on Saturday and decided to buy this vehicle. Something went wrong( I left my driver's license at home and it's needed for paper work). Louis, Roger and Bernie did everything they can to make the buying process smooth. They waited for me when I drove back home (~50 mins one-way) to get my license. When I got back at 4'o clock, which is their closing time on Saturday, they stayed late to wrap up all the paper work perfectly. Louis even helped moved all my stuff, even little things I forgot, from my old car to new car.

Additionally, loan interest rate provided here is competitive compared to capital one for my case. And the process is so smooth for all the loan stuff here. For example, I applied for capital one car loan, which requires me to wait couple business days to get back the rate offer and other things needed. But at Pinnacle, it takes only couple "business minutes", per Roger.
