My salesman, Jim Calabrese, did an amazing job! He was VERY knowledgeable of all models of cars that I asked about. He was very patient and always happy to help. I looked around and visited many dealers and researched many different brands of cars. I was so glad that Jim made the deal I needed to get my dream car! My experience at Smail was remarkable! Believe me, he was so much better than ANY salesman at any dealership that I dealt with through this whole process. I bet I spent more than 6 months looking at cars and deciding what I wanted.

The test driving experience was great. It all fell apart from there. We set up an appointment the following morning to sign the paperwork. With an appointment, it took 4+ hours and they messed up recording all of the various add on packages we purchased.

Dealing with their service department has been a hassle as well. The service department is very compartmentalized and it's hard to get a straight answer on things. They also tend to jerk you around a lot and don't deliver on what they say they will do. We plan on working directly with Kia to transfer all of the warranties to another dealer. We've given them plenty of chances.

Also, Auto Butler is a terrible system. There are better options out there that don't require 4 hour appointments every 6 months.

My sales person was Mike. He was honest, nice, and very helpful. He answered all questions I had about the car. I went in on a Wednesday (they close at 5 this day) at 4:00 pm to look at a 2011 Kia Sportage. Despite it being so close to closing Mike took his time, worked with me to get a fair and honest deal, and was nothing but kind. I had my parents come from an hour away to look at it as well. At 5:30 I finally made a decision. Jason was the sales manager and he was just as friendly and helpful as Mike. Everyone was extremely friendly; no one was pushy or just trying to get a sale. Even the following day when I went to pick the car up everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My experience at Smail Kia was great! I would highly recommend the dealership; especially to first time car buyers.

Smail Kia, Greensburg is a class act. I'm from the Pittsburgh area and I tell you what not only are the Salesman personable but very professional. Jeff made me feel like a valued customer as soon as I walked through the door. Salesman that weren't even waiting on me said Hello. Smail Auto has a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. I had my car in for the free state inspection and emissions. I was charged $25 for a tiny little side marker bulb. That is over the top. Last year they wanted $40 for wiper blades. I have determined that I cannot afford the "FREE" inspections in the future after being hit for $100 this time.

This was my first experience buying a car, and they made it so painless and easy. I set up an appointment to test drive a soul, and when I arrived someone was immediately ready to start the drive. Anthony Batista showed us different features of the car, and took us on a test route that really let's you get a feel for the vehicle. He never pressured us into anything, just answered our questions and talked to us. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and friendly, I highly recommend Smail Kia and Anthony Batista to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! Thank you guys!
