this office is terrible at getting back to you. i have called plenty of times to get my referral sent over to another office that is closer to my location but they always say we will be returning my call. nobody ever does and they don’t care that it’s putting your treatment on hold bc of it. the actual staff and doctors in office were nice and knowledgeable the two times i went but they don’t seem to care when you’re no longer a patient. i’m currently not working due to back pain and i can’t get tx unless my referral is sent from the office themselves. it’s annoying that i am the one always getting in touch with them and i get no resolution. how hard is it to fax a referral. it’s been months in which my pain is worsening.. at this point i’ll end up sue for medical malpractice. im not the type to ever leave review but this has really pushed my limits.

Dr. Raore is an excellent neurosurgeon. He provides skilled & compassionate care that surpasses all clinical expectations. He & his staff are awesome.

In 2019, I met with several neurosurgeons to look at my options for surgery. I met with Dr. Ayer and instantly felt comfortable and confident that he was the one that could help. I had severe pain and numbness to my right hand. Dr. Ayer did a cervical spine disc replacement and I have not had any issues since the surgery. My mom needed lumbar spine surgery and I took her into their office. You are greeted by Natalie with a warm smile and always willing to go the extra mile for care. She is doing great from her surgery and I will continue to recommend family and friends to his office. Great office and staff!

Staff and doctor really cared and made sure I was getting best care. They were very good at explaining to me why i was in pain and i am very pleased with their care.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ayer is an amazing surgeon with a great bedside manner. He is my hero because he gave me quality of life again.
