The staff was nice but they do not keep up with appointment times. I should’ve seen it as a red flag when they called me to change my procedure to a later time. I waited in the back for a little over an hour and a half waiting for the anesthesiologist and then waiting for the Doctor who was super late. very unprofessional office The front office ladies are trying their best but when the doctor and anesthesiologist doesn’t show up when they’re supposed to they can’t do much. Don’t tell your patients to come in at a certain time and don’t uphold it. I understand being a little bit late but over an hour and a half is crazy. Especially when you don’t want us to eat anything or drink all day so it’s been multiple hours. My blood sugar even started to drop. And I had problems with the office charging me even though my out-of-pocket is met. Come to find out or I didn’t even get all the injections I was supposed to. Their female doctor really dropped the ball today. It’s really disappointing because the first Dr I saw he was great. I see they responded to my review they did not tell me that they can’t do both of my injections at once. I even mention it multiple times the day of the procedure and not once did they tell me no you’re not getting both injections you’re just getting one.

Dr.Khan is great! I am so thankful for his services. I have had such bad pain in both my back and neck that he has helped me manage. I definitely recommend him .

The entire staff from front office to nurses to physician are amazing and create a relaxing and fun atmosphere. Dr Khan is THE BEST! Highly recommend this facility and staff. I’m blessed to have been referred to them.

Dr Kahn is such an amazing doctor!! I wish I would have found him 6 years ago when I had my first compression fracture..I have severe osteoporosis with many fractures in my spine.. He has fixed 7 and has helped me soooo much!! He takes his time in your appointment and is always available to answer questions. The staff is just amazing, so kind and gets whatever you need. I've seen probably 30 back doctors over the years with no help. Dr Kahn is a lifesaver !!!!

Doctor and staff very helpful and friendly. Seen close to appointment time. Dr took the time to explain and show examples of what was wrong with my neck and what the next steps would be and what steps we could take in to avoid surgery
