I like this establishment because they are professional and accommodating to men who just wants a quality mani+pedicure experience… and the price is perfect!

Had gel nails and regular pedicure . Awful job and almost every polish on the shelf is old and diluted by acetone or other solvents since the place doesn’t have much traffic . Gel started pilling off from the cuticles on the 4th day . Before I got seated there was a girl before me who asked to repaint a few of her nails because her French manicure wasn’t straight and too think . The technician looked at them and ignored and when she was told again she rolled her eyes and said that they look ok and she doesn’t see a problem , but later redid as the customer kept insisting . That was already a red flag of a bad customer service . The other technician who did my pedicure was in a hurry and also did the shapes not neat at all . Moreover the regular polish started to get dark colored smudges as it completely dried out , because it was diluted with something as I noticed when I already left the place . I didn’t have time to come back to complain and just removed polish later at home because the job was done not professional and simply ridiculous. As it was mentioned in the previous reviews, the only good thing about that place is that it’s inexpensive that’s why I had decided to try it and see , and as I learned my lesson you are getting what you are paying for !

Going to Mandy for 8 years at both locations. She does great color, highlights, cuts and the absolute best blowouts. Very inexpensive! Worth her weight in gold she does it all! Love this place!!! Don’t believe the bad reviews I have never had a bad experience there ever and I am there at least twice a month!

Got great gel mani from the Russian worker at this establishment. Went back had a Chinese worker and she did the worst possible job ever!! It was obvious she was tired and was just not interested in doing my nails.. nails were thick, not filed, buffed or painted properly.. 100% dissatisfied but they have really nice gel colors the best I've ever see. .. that's y I have them 2 stars

Disgusting!! First and last time ever!!! I paid $26 for tips.. my nails are all different sizes. There are dents from filing too much! Some nails are extremely too thick or too thin. They charged me $3 extra to get my nails rounded and they ARE NOT ROUND AT ALL!!! Only one nail is rounded.. some are squared, others only the edges are rounded. When I would ask the horrible "nail tech" to round it more she sucked her teeth and ignored me. I wish I could post pictures on here, so people don't think I'm being dramatic. They truly look DISGUSTING!!!!! The only reason I didn't go off is bc I was with my children and didn't want to make a scene. Oh and the woman at the front desk started yelling at me because I told them I have natural thin nails and not to file so much. Disrespectful, disgusting, horrible people and service!!!!! Worst experience in my entire life.
All of my nails fell off in 3 days. When I returned to get my nails done, they had 2 racist white women there attacking me because I was clearly upset, telling me I don't "blend in" there because I was black. "Go back to your ghetto neighborhood", and a whole lot more. They clearly condone racism. And they truly messed with the wrong person.response / report this review
