Nathan is always so helpful and kind. He goes out of his way to help and is really extraordinary everytime I see him. Even when things are not his fault he makes sure to make up for it in someway and I really appreciate that. I just cannot say enough about how good he is at what he does in service.

During the last several months, my car, a Venza, hasn't been driven much. So, the service advisor gave me a good recommendation as to what's to be done for this particular maintenance service. I thought his thinking was very reasonable. After the service, I remembered the wiper noise coming from worn-out blades. Nathan took care of it right away.

I went here to get some recalls repaired on my 2009 Corolla and the service department was very friendly and professional. I went back the following week to get the last repair finished (they'd had to order a part) and browsed the cars on the floor. I really liked the C-HR on display and spoke with Ola Lawoyin, one of the salesmen who offered to let me drive it home on test right then and there. I declined, but I did bring my spouse back later that evening, and within a few hours, we were the proud new owners of a brand new C-HR.

I'd also like to thank Angel in financing for walking us through all the paperwork. She was very helpful and friendly, and able to take care of everything from transferring our plates and registration to the loan payments and gap coverage.

I was very impressed by everyone on the team, from the courtesy van drivers to the service techs to the sales consultants to the managers.

My sales experience at the dealership was one of the best I have ever had. I have bought 3 cars from Toyota, this is my first purchase from Antwerpen. The salesman (Alex) that worked with me was VERY knowledgeable and very detail oriented. After he helped us pick out the right car for us we worked with the finance department. Working with Regina (finace manager) was one of the easiest experience I’ve had. She was VERY transparent with pricing and all the costs.

I would highly recommend Antwerpen and their sales team to my friends and family!

Your one-stop shop for all your Toyota needs! I visited this dealer to just shop around in the market for a used car and ended up buying a new vehicle that night. The level of honesty and "straight forwardness" I received from both the used and new sections of the dealership was unparalleled! None of my time was wasted nor did I feel like I was strung along for something I didn't want. All of my questions were answered and entertained even when I expressed that my initial intention was only to gather information. When my wife and I decided to look into purchasing that night, the entire staff took it upon themselves to entertain my 6 year-old and my 2 year-old while negotiations and paperwork process was taking place! Went to this dealership to use car department was treated so disrespectfully that I walked out after 15 minutes. The used car manager did not even want to discuss pricing with me the sales person quoted me a price $10,000 over what the market value on the vehicle was told me that they would not sell the vehicle below cost which I can fully understand they told me cost was the price which they were trying to offer me the vehicle at. 10 minutes later they came back and offered me the vehicle for $1000 less. Hey wait a minute. I thought you told me that you were selling it to me at cost. If you can't go below cost, then why are you trying to offer me the vehicle for thousand dollars less. Sounds to me like you were trying to sell the vehicle significantly more than cost. Sounds to me like I was being lied to. After being quoted that price I was quoted in additional $2500 in dealer prep fees and inspections. The vehicle I was looking at was a BMW X5 with 65,000 miles on it. Why would I pay $10,000 more than market when I can buy the a one year newer X5 right down the street at the Jaguar dealership for $10,000 less. When I asked the salesman about this his only response was if you don't like my car go away. When I discussed it with the sales manager entailed him exactly how the salesman responded to me the sales manager told me to leave that he wasn't going to talk to me anymore. I thought I could get a decent deal on this vehicle because I drove past the dealership multiple times from Thanksgiving of 2016 on and seen the vehicle there as far forward as April 2017. Now I understand why the vehicle was sitting on their lot for that extended period of time. I cannot even begin to emphasize how disappointed I am with that dealership I have never been treated that poorly. After this experience I went to dar cars Toyota in Silver Spring and drove out of the vehicle dealership an hour later with a new car. Please please please do not go to this dealership. You will be sorry.

My experience with Pierre was very short and pleasant we were able to review my credit and options. It didn't take too much time at all and when he showed me what I qualified for around the model I wanted. The vehicle had a few scratches and a bumper issues. But rather then trying to sell me the vehicle as is he made an appointment to fix what could be repaired. It was overall a great day

My, My. I've been buying cars for a long time, and I never met a young car salesman as knowledgeable as Kyle Edwards. Kyle must eat, sleep and drink Toyota. He is a walking Toyota encyclopedia. He answered every question and then worked his butt off to get the exact car that my wife wanted in a timely fashion. He delivered on his promise ("I'll find you the car") He is proficient, professional and personal. He sold us not only a new Highlander XLE but he also sold us on the dealership. Even though there are a several dealerships closer, we will definitely drive a few extra miles for an extraordinarily elegant and high tech dealership. Kudos also to sales manager James who worked out a great deal for us. And last, but definitely not least, Angel in finance was true to her name. Articulate, intelligent and a great sense of humor. A Great team effort. This was an extremely enjoyable car buying experience.

Jack DOES say Yes to every deal! I just purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla. My sales representative Eric Crawford was beyond excellent and helpful. I was given a fair price if not a steal on the car. Eric answered all my questions, emails and phone calls. He made sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He even got the color I wanted and the car arrived two days earlier than anticipated. I was out of there within the hour and couldn't be happier!!!
