The young lady I spoke with I forgot her name but she was so helpful very friendly you're so helpful. She took her time and walk me through everything step by step you need more people like her for your company. Her people skills was excellent she deserves a raise!!!! I just loved her overall performance she was very helpful and she wasn't trying to rush me off the phone. She took the time to walk me through in explaining everything to me and I want to thank her so much for that.

A great group of guys to have on your team. I had never thought to, nor made use of a law firm for credit repair. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed blind when I decided to trust the random phone call I received about 6 months ago, my credit score somewhere in the 300's. I only spoke with them that one time, paid for 2-3 months worth of there services, as employment became an issue, and now my credit score sits at 523; steadily climbing too. The drastic change is really encouraging, and I wish I had believed them when they said that I could have a 700 credit score if I started paying into all of my bills. Regardless, in the next two months I could be really close to that and I am extremely grateful for their services. For just over $100 a month, it's a great value, and one of my better decisions. Strongly recommended.

Lexington Law is the best!!! I have worked with them on a few occasions; they do great job of removing negative items, raising the credit score and are professionals in their work. Great follow-up!!
When I call them be it an issue or a question they are super problem solvers!! Friendly, -engaging staff that is result-oriented with exceptional communication skills, impeccable work ethic and a proven track record in elevating the score!! Simply put, I would never utilize any other firm!!! They are outstanding!!! On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 10+!!!!😇

I was so pleasantly surprised with Lexington! All my family and friends thought I had been bamboozeled by the way I signed up for this. I was looking for homes and speaking to someone saying the first thing to do would be fix my credit, then I was transferred to some guy. Extremely nice guy, but I was sure what I got myself into. 1-2 months later I was seeing things drop off my credit and my score going up. I would never have the time to do what they did so I am VERY appreciative of their services. My credit score kept raising and continues to do so still. I was able to move and that meant everything. ALSO I they’re customer service is amazing!!!

Sometimes a long hold, it depends on the time and day that you call. I would recommend calling in the middle of the week later in the afternoon. Every time I have spoken to a paralegal they were extremely helpful, especially the one I just spoke with today. Gave me the time and experience to do a couple of things that I did not think of myself. Hung up phone with a very good feeling of satisfaction and more knowledge that I definitely need

If I could give no stars I would.. They are crooks that only want your money.. my husband and I both started repairing our credit within two weeks we got an email that items had been removed. Ran my own credit report right after, Items still there nothing had changed. They also lied about getting off inquirys when we first called to inquire about their service. they give tools to do that but credit karma does that for free. Total waste of money. We have called several times to cancel but next month rolled around and more money owed. Had to go change our accounts so that they couldn't take the money. I only hope this review gets read by people so they can be warned about this company. Have reported all facts to the BBB including emails from them and proof that they lied about the work they have supposedly done.. This business really needs to be investigated and shut down.

They conned my husband. Told him it was a ONE TIME fee of $14.95. never mentioned any other amounts. Before he could finish talking to them, his phone died. We didn't go into his email to finish the profile. They charged his credit card $119. We never agreed to that!!! We called, they said they would refund the $119, and we have yet to see it!

I had these geniuses working on my credit beginning in March 2017 up until August 2017. The first month my score went up by 52 points which was impressive! Then all the items they removed started re-appearing again! Then I got letters from creditors stating that they were unable to assist me due to insufficient information sent to them. I sent these replies to Lexington Law and they stated they would work on it. I then got the exact same replies with letters attached. Lexington did nothing but take my money and when I wanted to cancel and they said I was billed for previous months work so I had to pay one more month. The rep didn’t want to cancel my account at all. Instead he wanted me to stay 2 more months or pay $382 to close right then. I agreed to stay for 2 more months so they would “wave” late fees. By doing this, it gave me time to put a full block on my card so they couldn’t get any more funds. I have blocked them from getting any funds in any way possible from me again! This place can go F themselves! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

I went with them thinking I would go in and tag team these creditors faster hiring Lexington Law along with me doing work on my end. I was doing all the work. Lexington Law does what you really can do. I honestly done more in getting these items removed better then Lexington Law. I been with them for 60 day and decided to cancel services with them after I myself was getting thing removed on my own. They removed NOTHING for me.Save your money and do the work yourself!!

Deserves ZERO stars. The WORST COMPANY to have working towards fixing your credit. They bill you $120 a month to do nothing for you. Husband used them for 6 months and not once did anything get removed from his credit and everything stayed in dispute, now that we are cancelling WE have to contact all credit bureaus to have all items undisputed. Please do not waste your money! They do NOTHING at all to help. Disgusting company that goes after money and provides no service.

Paid lexington law 160 a month for 4 months and 60 bucks a month for 3 months. 0 results. But that's not the worst part, as I know that they don't guarantee delinquencies from credit reports. This company does not function like an actual law firm. Not once in my 7 months of 0 results did I get a phone call from an actual lawyer. All they did was challenge credit bureau reports on my behalf. (Which could be done for free on your own). "Persistence is key" is what I kept being told.

(WISH I COULD GET MY CLOSE-TO $1,000 BACK)

After patiently waiting through 4 months of 0 results I called in to see what was going on. Only then did they offer an "escalated approach". They were quick to deduct my 160 dollar full feature membership to the 60 dollar partial feature membership. Just canceled my account with them. Will never use them for anything ever again.

Opened an account with Lexington a few months ago. I'm really loving the service. The paralegals are very helpful and will always look at my case for me and let me know exactly what's going on. I had 2 of 6 items removed and I'm doing more challenges for the others. It's not the company that may experience waits it's the bureaus and creditors who hassle you and try to stall you. Good work by them will always recommend to anyone.

This is the best thing I have even done! My credit score in the last two months has gone up almost 100 points. They keep me informed of what they are doing and every time I talk to someone they are so nice and accommodating. You won't regret giving them a call, because they have the best pricing out of all the places I looked into.

Anybody that gives Lexington Law a full five star rating was either hired by LL or they are very ignorant of LL money pulling tactics. Lexington Law only make you think that they are helping at the beginning by sending you alerts, but those alerts turn right back on your credit report. They do it in such a way were you might not notice. This will help them dig deeper into your bank accounts. After they have gotten a generous amount of your bank account, they will eventually start actually helping you remove real noticeable stuff off your credit report. But, I will say, "is it really worth it?", knowing that you paid way more than you really had to to get to this point. However, ask LL about it and see if you get a real answer or maybe even a scripted answer.

I joined lexington law in August of this year, in high hopes that they could help me take off 8 negative items off my credit report. I was guaranteed that the major of my negative items would be removed in 3-4 months since I had so few. Needless to say, I just cancelled my case account after 5 months because their "guarantee" didn't hold up. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they were able to remove one negative item and the customer service was okay. Definitely not worth the money. Your better off taking things into your own hands and personally contacting the credit bureau's yourself.

this company actually TOOK money out of my brother's banking account and will not give him the satisfaction of letting him hear his supposed RECORDED permission to use his signature. WE are taking all measures to get his money back. My brother is dying of rectal cancer and has very limited funds. This COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, HIS BANKING SYSTEM, HIS STATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. WE WILL NOT STOP CONTACTING THIS SCAM UNTIL HE GETS HIS MONEY BACK. THEY TOOK 219.00 DOLLARS WITHOUT PERMISSION .THE NEXT AGENCY WILL BE HIS FEDERAL CONGRESSMEN. AMERICANS WAKE UP YOU CAN FIGHT FOR YOURSELF TO GET RESOLVE AND BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY. I purchased services about 2 weeks ago and my score has jumped up 10 points since then. I also have several aged accounts that were probably easier for them to remove so that might be why my experience has been more positive than others after reading bad reviews. I'm very happy with the service and the agents that I have spoken to. I hope to progress in the next months to a year. I will update everyone in a about 3 months.

I have had Lexington Law fighting for me for about a month now. They got one removal and are working on many more.
I called to cancel to save a little bit of money around the holidays, Eva there helped me out with a great offer and, giving me a month free and a lower rate (lower access options), but make me feel comfortable and confident about my decision.
I didn't want to cancel, I don't think they are a ripped off and I am glad they were able to help me out a little bit and have all been very friendly and helpful all the times we conversed.
