A+ on variety of RV supplies but their service department let us down. Told us to bring RV over to take a look at our refrig, so we drove 3 hours out of our way, then before the tech could help us the manager said make an appointment. Will not be back for service

Staff is friendly and helpful. Servive department and parts department are good.
They don't have the biggest selection of campers . They sell both new and used RV's.

My wife and I bought a new Forest River Wolf Pup hereThe price was great and the staff was very friendly and professionalThe service guys equipped us with everything we needed to tow and go campingAfter a few trips camping were encountered a few factory problemsThe service department made us an appointment and fixed the problems in one dayI am very impressed with Ansley RV and highly recommend dealing with them.

Purchased a new "LUXURY" toy hauler fifth wheel in late September. Paid extra for thermal pane windows and the Artic Package. After using the camper in mild weather, using the factory installed heating units to full capacity and also running extra electric heaters, we were unable to keep the camper warm. We had to take it in for twenty-six separate warranty issues. Four months out we still don't have them resolved. They performed a test to see how long it would take to heat the camper from 28 degrees to 70 degrees. It took over 8 hours and used up all of the fuel. They say this is normal! We asked them to talk to the factory about all of our issues and help us with this lemon and they won't. The owner informed us that they complete warranty repairs only as the factory authorizes them and other than that we are on our own. They won't take it back and give us our money back or even put it on their lot on consignment. Apparently they know this is a lemon. We're very disappointed in their lack of integrity. If you're considering purchasing a rv from these people be very careful.

I bought a 2016 Cherokee Grey wolf 27rr and enjoy it greatly. Matt was our sales man and was very helpful and didn't make us feel pressured. Finance was alittle different with rude snarky remarks. Also when they did the final walk threw Justin was very good at letting us know all the features and troubles and benefits of our new camper.
