I recently purchased a car here, and will never again. Awful customer service. These people want to sell cars and that's there main focus, they DO NOT care about the customers at all. There is no TCF (total customer focus) The reason for this post is the car I purchased I needed to return the next day because my insurance went sky rocketing, and couldn't afford it. Well instead of customers are always right they said they couldn't return the car after one day of having it. I just want everyone to know if you want complete customer focus do not go to this dealership! Something needs to change.

Great selection of new and used cars. They also have an awesome and unheard honest set of sales representatives.

I just bought my second vehicle through the laurel Chrysler Hyundai group and again top class services. I was given expert care and knowledge on all of the vehicles, also was given a great price on my new purchase. Excellent service center as well. I cannot ask for more.

I bought a 26000.00 Jeep Patriot. 2016 High Altitude. Took delivery February 2016. To date I have had some major problems with the vehicle. The salesman immediately divorced himself of customer service. We take very good care of this vehicle and today we discovered that the painted pocket wheels are severely corroded around the center hubs. We also had very bad corrosion on the TIPM bus connector because the dealership botched the trailer hitch installation. Not to mention body trim issues and water infiltration into the cab that caused the passenger side front cab to fill with over an inch of water from the air conditioner drainage hose. Every time we expressed our dissension with this vehicle, Laurel looked for a way to blame the problem on us. Laurel is predatory and cagey. Go somewhere else. If you want specifics with documentation, I'll be glad to share. Thanks.

This place seriously sucks. I've never heard anything good about it. I take my truck for an oil change in the express Lane and takes almost 2 hours with no one on front of me. Courtesy on Altoona has it done and put the door in a half hour.. Also all the staff are either on their phones or looking at Facebook. Nobody seemed to care about their job

Went to the dealership bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu with a 6 month 60,000 Mile warranty within a week my service Esc/ traction light was on and then my wipers quit working. i am very dissatisfied with this dealership to find out they will not fix my wipers which the part alone costs around $100.00 not to mention i believe that the service light issue should be under warranty when i called the service department i was told that the warranty is only good for the drivetrain What good does that do on the warranty paper it should have said that when you advertise a warranty if it does not say what it covers one would assume bumper to bumper! i will be contacting local news companies and newspapers to see how they feel about this issue! i will also be in contact with the Better Business Bureau! very dissatisfied. the sales people were great but the customer service afterwords is horrible BUYER BEWARE!
