Tom Kirby sold my teen son a 2010 Mazda.in Aug 2017. Within a day or two, the engine light came on. Diagnostics shows a bad injector and mechanic indicated the light was 'tripped off' or some such language, by the dealership so it would stay off long enough to sell the car. This is not inexpensive and my college kid can't afford hundreds of dollars to repair. The sales manager will not return calls. They screwed over a kid. Good job. Fix the car or take it back!

This is the second vehicle in 2 years purchased from Thomas Buick GMC. First vehicle was a new 2015 GMC truck purchased in 2016. Salesman was Tom Kirby and he made it perfectly clear I was buying a 2015 even though 2016 models were already out. He worked me up a very good deal on a truck I never thought I'd be able to afford. It was a pleasure working with Tom and the entire crew at Thomas. So much so that when my mother wondered whether she should trade her 2010 Buick in I took her over to Tom Kirby at Thomas and 2 days later she drove out with a new Buick Encore which she is very pleased with. I've been a Thomas customer since 1988, and I've been extremely satisfied with all service until recently. I intended to have my original vehicle serviced and was persuaded to purchase a new vehicle by Salesperson Tom Kirby. I've dealt with Mr. Kirby in the past, and he's treated me with dignity and respect. He introduced me to a new vehicle he thought I might be interested in, and I purchased this new vehicle with the understanding that it was a 2018 GMC Canyon. It was only a few days later I discovered that the vehicle I purchased was a 2017 NOT a 2018. From my discussion with Mr. Kirby prior to purchase and the fact that I trusted him from a past transaction, I was under the impression the vehicle was a 2018. Mr. Kirby made no effort to underscore the fact that the 2018 vehicles would be on sale shortly, and he did not encourage me to come back later to purchase a 2018 rather than sell me the 2017 he in fact sold me. I am at fault for not carefully reading my contract; however, this does not change the fact that I feel I was short-changed by the 2017 I ended up with rather than the 2018 I thought I would get. Furthermore, why would I knowingly purchase a 2017 vehicle when the 2018 vehicle would be available shortly for roughly the same price and quite a bit more value. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I've never done that. Why would I start now? I may return to Thomas, but I would choose a day Mr. Kirby has off.

I purchased a Yukon Denali from Bill Ingram at Thomas Buick GMC a few days ago. He, and his team, servicing of the consumer is spectacular. Not only did they have the best pricing in all of Western, Pa but they handled the financing of the car with no hiccups, no questions ---NO PROBLEM! Unmatched servicing from top to bottom with a group that has great knowledge of the market and they know how to make a deal!

Also, my normal experience when buying a car involves a 1-2 hour process with paper work and the hassle, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes --- was offered coffee, water, etc during my short wait as well! I would recommend the Thomas Buick GMC Family to all of my friends and family and I look forward to buying cars from their group in the future because they aren't your typical car salesmen. They are honest and put their cards on the table in order for you to make the best deal for yourself, and your family.

Bottom line: Thank-you Thomas Buick GMC, see you in a few years for my next truck! Go see Bill Ingram for your next truck!!

Very friendly staff. Helped us in any way they could to pick a vehicle and get the best possible deal for us. They suggested that we look at a lease and we found that as the best option even though we had never considered it previously. We were extremely well pleased. Friendly people and great service .
