Just made an appointment with them for a back waxing. They called me back ten minutes later and canceled on me because "The room we use isn't available." Never offered to reschedule. Never offered another time slot. No concept of making it up to the customer. So glad I never spent money there. Horrible business. No integrity.

One time I go there and I get my eyebrows waxed and my hair done. While getting my eyebrows waxed the woman was poking fun at my large eyebrows! It was so unprofessional! Then as I am getting my hair done, the woman doing my hair is asking questions that I didn't believe appropriate. Like "Are you a Christian?" "Do you go to church?" Excuse me, but that's none of your business. The last time I went (which made me decide to never go back) the woman messed me hair up awfully. My hair is very very long. I told her I only wanted to trim the split ends. She kept insisting that it needed more cut off and it would look healthier. But I told her I didn't care, I wanted as little cut off as possible. She cut off over 3 inches. I was furious. Not only that, but I asked for caramel highlights. She decided to use bleach and said she'd leave it in for a short enough amount of time. She took it out, and they were bright orange/yellow streaks. She said she'd fix it with an "overall color." Aka she then dyed my hair to cover up the orange. It was a bad experience. I refuse to ever go there again.
