I saw Dr. Farris for my cats annual examination. Usually my previous vet would have to put him out in order to work on him (he turns into a devil cat at the vet). Dr. Farris decided to try gloves and a towel. My cat wasn't happy but was able to complete his exam without being put out. Dr. Ferris was patient and kind and definitely put my mind at ease.

There staff always treat you like family. My dog is more than another pacient they always pay attention to his needs. I am thankful for all they do.

These guys are such turds. I'm sure they're great with the animals, but they make you wait forever and they won't let you order your pets prescription food elsewhere. I'm kind of upset about that, but maybe that's just me. "Bring a printout and we'll match their price for you" That's not the issue! I don't want to have to drive out twenty minutes out, wait another fifteen to forty at your counter just to pick up food when it could be delivered to my door with free two day shipping with the rest of my pet supplies!
But as long as my cat gets better They're alright.
This isn't even out usual vet, we just had to go here for the one cat that one time. I think they need more receptionists, they're too busy all the time just to leave it all to one person.response / report this review -

LOVE this vet!! Very loving, kind, careful - the staff sincerely loves animals! GREAT and fast service, everyone who came in that had been there before was known by name, they worked us in on a Friday. I was needing to find a new place to take my kitty cats and chose this place based on the best reviews and the response I got from the staff both times I called. Careful attention to my babies, attentive and concerned about loud dogs in the waiting room - very conscientious about keeping the "patients" calm and happy. I will refer them and will take my cats there as long as we live here.

Not only were they professional but they went above and beyond to answer my millions of questions and make me comfortable! ALSO, they waited for my dog and I AFTER THEY WERE TO BE CLOSED! I feel very comfortable with them caring for MY CHILD/DOG. I would give them 10 stars if possible because 5 stars just doesn't cut it! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants THE BEST CARE possible for their fur-babies! I will be leaving my dog overnight for a while due to moving and regulations on pets and my mind will be at ease in their care. Thank you!!!
