Had some concerns, when I contacted Dr. Risser about them,he was quick to respond and open to hear them. He was compassionate and quickly made things right. Very appreciative. Make sure you research cost because they are quite higher than others.

We love Dr Risser and his staff. Since moving to Indianapolis 7 years ago, we've taken all our furry family members here for their veterinary care. (Two dogs and two cats.) The only practice I trust with my beloved fur babies! Dr. Risser has been our vet for about 16 years. My entire family entrust the care of their fur babies to him and his awesome staff.

Our family loves Dr. Risser and he is the reason we trust him with our pets. Back in April we had to put our cat down and he handled it with such care and respect. We never felt rushed and stayed with her long after she passed. The next day flowers were sent to our house followed by a letter signed by the staff. We were very touched. Dr. Risser and his staff went above and beyond.

As for the building, it's new and kept very clean. The reception is very large with a fireplace, a mini fridge with beverages and snacks, and plenty of seating. There is a play area off to the side for children. The visitation rooms are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff is all very professional; we've seen Dr. Luth and Dr. Risser and we are very pleased with them both.

I brought my dog in on July 5, 2016. He had been ill and it was time to let him go. Dr. Luth and his staff made me feel good about my decision. Although it was tough, it was right. Dr Luth and his staff were kind and compassionate. Almost like my dog Lou was one of their own. The staff at fall creek also sent me a condolence card signed with a message from everyone there. And they also sent us flowers for our loss. That was the nicest thing ever and meant a lot to me. Thank you to the staff and doctors. You will always have my pets in your care.
