I visited Mass Ave Animal Clinic for the first time this past Friday, and could not have had a better experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were able to take my cat Sheldon and I back as soon as we arrived, even though our appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes.
Dr. Klobusnick & Brandon were great, answered any and all questions that I had, and treated Sheldon like he was their own- and were especially kind and reassuring when my poor guy had to get three shots.
I also discussed with them about my hesitation about having Sheldon declawed because my apartment complex required it, and they were able to send me home with a letter explaining why this procedure is not recommended for cats Sheldon's age.
Lastly, I was very happy with the prices for the care and the services provided.
I will absolutely recommend the clinic to all of my friends, and Sheldon will be a repeat customer! :)

We love Mass Ave Animal Clinic! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We can always get appointments that work with my difficult schedule and on short notice. I appreciate their specialized bulldog knowledge. They do a great job with Chubby!

Awesome place! Very friendly and super helpful by answering all my questions! Had great insight into what was needed for my pet. Their grooming services location, Furr, is within walking distance and was extremely nice as well!

When I moved to Indy this was the first vet I tried out and I have been with them ever since. They are very nice and very knowledgeable. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They are open later sometimes and open on Saturdays too. The clinic is really modern and sleek. They always follow up with me too about any tests my pets get. I don't think they are any more expensive than any other vet and they have some rewards program that will give you discounts so last time I didn't even have to pay for some of the things they did.

My dog has a penchant for doing battle with wildlife that wanders into the yard. This past Thursday she battled again and I wanted to have her checked. MAAC was great at getting her in that morning to be checked before I had to leave for work. They know her well and are alway kind and loving toward her. (Even the newest vet who had only seen her once before knew about her crazy hunter/warrior reputation.)

Soooo happy I found Mass Ave Animal Clinic (prior vet retired). All of the vets and techs are truly awesome! They share their medical and general welfare knowledge so our animals have happier, healthier lives. We have 2 rescue labs - one had extreme itching. I had suggestions to stay away from grains but Dr. Glore told me it's usually an allergy to the protein not grains. Voila! Switched to lamb food and no problems since! There are many more examples. Reasonably priced, always on time, super friendly, and excellent on follow-up. Would recommend to anyone!

I have nothing but praise for Mass Ave Animal Clinic! They're always incredibly timely, but more importantly, genuinely care about the animals that come through the door. Each time I bring in my cat, they call and email me to make sure she was okay after her visit. My cat can be skittish in unfamiliar places, but she was right at home in the exam room and socializing with the techs! Seeing her comfortable gave me a huge sense of relief. A really genuine practice.

Mass Ave Animal Clinic is the best veterinarian experience I've ever encountered. Though our cat was not a previous patient, when she started showing signs of a UTI this morning, I knew I needed to take her to a vet ASAP. Mass Ave Animal Clinic was able to see her within a couple of hours and everyone there was SO nice, and SO helpful. Best patient care I've seen for my cat ever, and I feel they charged a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called in this morning and they were able to see my sweet Shar Pei Sugar within a few hrs. The vet assistant for Dr. Emma Ryan was amazing and so gentle with Sugar. I am just beyond words and over the moon about Dr. Ryan and what she did for my sweet Sugar Bear. Sugar has an ear infection and her akin is itchy and Dr. Ryan was excited and knew what her plan of treatment was right away, and made me feel so much at ease. Thank you so much for getting her in and getting her some relief. We could not be happier with Sugars new Vet!!!!

Edit: I am adjusting my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. I purchased the puppy package for my new puppy which seemed like a great idea at the time. "Everything is included" I was told "even his neuter". Perfect, right? No. My account was deducted a nail trim, with out it ever happening. I was charged for 'recommended' proprocedures during the neuter. The girl who checked me in got frustrated with me and told me "I can't tell you what to do". Excuse me, but that's what I pay you to do! I am not a vet! I need YOU the PROFESSIONAL to tell me what's necessary. And it was an extra charge? Either it shoud be included in the "inclusive" price, or it's not needed. Then I was charged for a med refill I was told I requested (I didn't) and another charge with my "inclusive" microchip. The discharge was a joke, waited for 40 min, then was handed dog, wearing cone that he is too short for and it was tied around his neck with gauze. No real discussion of other methods for lick prevention even when I asked. I'm tired of driving all the way here for bad communication, extra charges and what feels like zero craps given.

I just had my first appointment at this location and it was great. They gave pup a ton of treats and made her feel so comfortable. She was more relaxed than usual at a vet. They gave me a ton of information since I'm new to town and even have text message reminders for appointments. So far, really impressed. And parking wasn't bad! I expected it to be super crowded on street parking but I found a spot right away.
