Came here after Binford Wellness killed off 1 diabetic cat due to negligence. This clinic immediately recognized my other cat also had diabetes, which Binford didn't detect during a checkup where I gave my 1st born child to pay for everything else they recommended. I regret not coming here sooner.
I love having a cats only environment and everyone is super nice.
I seriously cannot take the disrespect anymore from the receptionist who answers the phone. I have/had been a customer of the CCC for a year after moving here from Florida, and this is by far my least favorite place to call, check in, or inquire about anything to do with my cat. A practice is only as good as its staff; and although I enjoyed that the CCC is only for felines, their receptionist is unaccomodating, condescending, unsympathetic, and just flat out rude. My cat has a lump on his side and I wanted him to be seen; and based off their "on hold tips", this was a condition that needed to be seen immediately. I was going to be late by 20 minutes due to an unforeseen, serious circumstance and she simply responded "okay?" and "he can't be seen today, that's all I'm saying". I can no longer take my cat here. If I am not mutually respected then why should I believe my cat to be? After the call I immediately dialed Bridgeview Hospital and the difference in the person who answered the phone made my choice to change my cat's care all the while worth it. They are cheaper, have better reviews, and have a better receptionist. If you love your cat and don't want to feel degraded, please take them elsewhere.
Amazing clinic filled with loving care takers! Even foster kittens for adoption periodically.
I really liked the care I got; however I wish they would have told me my cat was terminally ill before I paid pretty close to $500 for tests. I'm still paying and my cat is dead. That's a horrible feeling and it continues to remind me of him.
This place is amazing. My cat had to undergo a procedure and stay at the clinic for a few days. The staff was really nice, Dr Moran called me a few times a day to give an update, and they even let me come back to visit him while he was undergoing treatment. They were nice enough to call me and let me know he could come home a day early. On top of that the prices seem affordable compared to what I was quoted at other clinics. I am talking a $1000-$1500 difference. Take your kitties here!
I definitely liked keeping my cat Scruffles here! They went above and beyond to make sure that he had a place to stay when I didn't have any place to stay myself in the middle of a move. The kennel was spacious compared to another boarding facility I visited, but the price was not ideal for long-term service. I'm thankful they clipped his nails and would probably frequent there for his veterinary needs. One of the receptionists was so-so in terms of friendliness, but overall I had a good experience.
Nice staff and good services. Luckily my wife called before coming up because their presumptive time of 1 was off my 3 hours.
This is a wonderful place and the staff is so nice! You can tell they really care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that treats their cat like a family member.
If it were not for Cat Care Clinic, I would not have precious Rudy.the sweetest Maine Coon Cat that ever has been. The Doctors and Staff saved Rudy, and brought him to me to care for when I had lost my long-time little Tortie, Gracie. They couldn't save her, but because of themthey saved Rudy, and he is doing so well. Rudy and I can't praise highly enough Cat Care Clinic and the wonderful Doctors and Staff. .
