I came into Andy’s for dinner with my boyfriend and we loved the ambience and music so much that we decided to stay for drinks afterwards. The two girls behind the bar, Melanie and Laurie, were the most sweetest bartenders you could possibly ever ask for. Amazing service I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot for Sunday night jazz. The first set is the house band. The second set is open to any musician to play with the house band. Its a great jam session highlighting local musicians.

We visited Andy’s Jazz Club with our visiting out of town friends. On the night we visited it definitely was crowded and even had a cover charge. But, after getting seated, it was really a sweet place. Menu prices were reasonable and the food and drinks were good. This place is a great place for anyone who enjoys live blues or jazz music. I would definitely visit again.

Super rad atmosphere, you can really feel the history in the place. Such a dope, smoky (not cuz peeps are smoking), intimate feel and such talented performers. Plus the bartenders are mad chill. Great experience.

Mr. Heath was a phenomenal drummer & the band was sound overall. My complaint is about the staff: my pregnant wife & I were assigned to the bar. Then the "host" approaches us, asks a few qualifying questions to determine how much we might spend, then assigns us to the table behind the piano. I am a drummer & I wanted a view of the drum set. I requested such twice during the evening, only to be told that all seats were "reserved." On my second attempt, I told the host that we would be leaving at 7:30, & he bragged about how packed it's going to be. When we left, half of the tables with a view of the drummer were still open & available. Way to take care of a first-time guest.

Went on a Saturday night - got there around 6:45 and was seated immediately! (Word to the wise - get reservations, it helps!) We were fortunate to get a great seat next to the band, which started at 7. A cool feature of the club were the backlit menus - really nice! If you can get your order in before the band starts playing, it really helped our server get the food out to us in a timely and orderly waywe were greeted warmly, there was good food, good service, good music - good place to go for a night out in Chicago!

Nice place for live music during dinner. The food was good and service was excellent, not too fast so you can enjoy the show, but also not slow. Good selection of dishes. Definitely a good idea to make a reservation before going: integration with open table works great.

A fantastic place for dinner, drinks and great jazz. We had the bourbon steak for dinner, 10 yr old scotch and saw Mike Smith on the sax with a great band. Love this place!

I hit this place upon my bicycle tour round lake Michigan June 2013.
My friends, living nearby at Wilmette, convinced me to see a "real" Chicago Jazz Club.
    We had a nice evening.
Eating good in the club. Drinking a lot of local beer 😊

Visiting a Jazz club was a new experience onto itself. Catching the midday show, the local band was astounding. The showstopper was seeing a blind man, whom I thought assumed was there for the music. Walked up stage and smashed the piano with the band dishing out classic jazz tracks. It was a wonderful spectacle.

The food was good, nothing to marvel over. I was there for the music, the food was an accompaniment to the music.

I went here on a Monday night. The first band was amazing but the second was alright through I didnt stay for their whole performance. Food options I would say are limited. Drinks menu through is more extensive. Overall, go here for the music. Seating is ample and there was a $10 cover which was worth it.
