All other representatives have been rude and not very helpful. David was very polite and really seemed to want to help. I give him 5 stars only. I have never been offered I survey before probably because of the terrible experience I had with all other reps. Will only deal with David, if possible, in the future.

As a business professional I found it really difficult to work with this law firm who having been provided all of the necessary information and authorizations as requested, after receiving said authorizations refused to provide any information needed in order for me to get my job done. I was told that the information could not be provided in writing??? I've never had a company refuse to provide in writing the information requested. I was advised that they could not provide anything in writing and that I would have to wait 30 days to see the Judgment released. After 30 days, the Release was not recorded as they stated. When I contacted them to ask for the status, again they told me that I needed to call the court house and obtain a release from them. Very inconvenient

Jason and Yoania were so nice and helpful. They made the transition easy for me and are the GOLD STANDARD for what reps should be dealing with people.
